Great place! I was here with a large group before the Iowa State Cincinnati football game. Arlin’s did a fantastic job hosting us before the game. Their bar food is great, drinks are strong, service is very friendly. I love their outdoor patio area, too! I would recommend to anyone in the Cincy area.

We were looking for some place new for late dinner on Sunday after Church. Arlins looked good. checked out menu ahead. Sent son ahead to get a table and order for us. He texted and said they have just completely ignored him. He went up to bar and still nothing. We got there and my husband went in to see what was going on instead of just leaving. He was also ignored. Everyone working just went on as if we were not there. so we left and went to Mios. Received great friendly service there.

Sat at the bar for fifteen minutes waiting to order food, and then was told the kitchen was closed (it wasn't, nor was it when I sat down). Don't waste your time, because they're happy to waste yours.

The method of bar service is random. There is a place to line up to be waited on, but the bartenders sometimes wait on people who just walk up at other spots at the bar.
Drunk and loud regulars. Had to flag someone down everytime i needed something even though the bar was practically empty. asked for a glass of water with my meal and was told to get it myself, there was nobody in there he was doing nothing. Ordered an Apperal spritz and it came warm with no ice. burger and fried pickles were nothing special.

The food was Phenomenal! The service was terrible. I wait for someone to take my order for 20 mins got passed up and overlooked serval times. Received the wrong order, returned order never received an apology or refund.

Just walked out of there after 30 minutes. It's 10.12.24 @ 2:00pm. The pink haired bartender continued to serve a clearly wasted guy. Guy was belligerent and offensive. Realized he had "something" tucked under his shirt. Left before eating. Be careful if you go.
