We really liked our server. The food was really good, as usual. And the band, The Hot Magnolias were awesome.

The restaurant was packed. We had reservations and we were quickly seated upon our arrival. Service was attentive without being bothersome. Our food arrived in a timely manner without any issues. Just a note on how conscientious the owner is – while we didn't have any issues apparently other diners did and as a result, I received an email from the owner apologizing for any informationissues with getting our food on time and offering us 50% off on our next visit. Kudos to the owner for getting out ahead of it. Probably why the restaurant has been around for such a long time.

It's a Cincinnati legend. Great food and a cool vibe between the old fashioned bar and the restaurant, which often has live music in the evenings.

Service was awesome; friendly and attentive. I had the grilled cheese with tomato pesto and it was perfect!

Used to love this restaurant but we won't be going out our way to visit again. It took 25 minutes after arriving to get our drinks, which were not great. The food was also disappointing for the price point. The quality used to be a lot higher. Overall disappointing experience. $150 dollars and every member of our party left hungry due to the portion sizes.

They didn't honor our reservation and gave the table to walk ins. They said that we could either wait or order from the bar and sit outside.

There's a reason this place has been around for so long. The food and drinks are phenomenal as well as the service. Sitting in the courtyard listening to live music was the perfect date night!

Consistently great food, atmosphere and service. Like visiting a lifelong friend. I have been a fan since moving to Cincinnati in 1983 and am now so happy to share with our children and grandchildren.

I like Arnold's. The atmosphere of the courtyard was great and the service was also very good, but the food is just ok-ish. Burgers, fries, short rib grilled cheese - all good, but dont stray off into their other food. The panko- crusted chicken breast was substantially overcooked on a truffle risotto that felt more like a "just add water" side dish. The asparagus was the best part. It is a tavern, so pub grub would be a reasonable expectation, and in that way, it did not disappoint, but the menu shouldn't carry something that the kitchen can't deliver.

The atmosphere and the staff were great and we happened to visit while there was live music. The food was nothing special to write home about, but it was good food for the value.

Must visit just for the history - fun place with a great patio - live music. Staff were great!

We couldn't have asked for more! As busy as it was, the owner himself sat us, waited on us, and then moved us to the courtyard FRONT ROW for the evening's entertainment all without identifying himself first. What more could you ask for?

Went for Cincy Burger Week. The burger is a good value. Service was very attentive. Perusing the menu online really changed my impression of Arnold's, it had many more entree options than just burgers and some salads. But when we got there the menu was much different, it was primarily a few starters, burgers and sides. I'm hoping the simplified menu was just because it was Burger Week. ''cuz I'd like to go back an try some of the other entree options that are posted online.

It would be nice to have plates rather than “French fry containers.” My burger hung over the container making it unattractive. The Diebold Old Fashion was much too sweet. It tasted like bourbon flavored simple syrup. The service was good and our server was attentive. The ambience was interesting with many pictures depicting Cincinnati history.
