The burger madness deal and the loaded fries here are simply phenomenal! I like to add barbecue sauce to my burger and dip my fries in ranch and both are just so good. Oh and the Hurricane Arthur is beautiful but also So delicious! When able I like to sit near the window to watch the world go by while eating and all in all its just a nice place to go. We're there fairly often as proof that I mean it hehe

Came for lunch today, first time here, and had the best burger I have ever had! Our server, Katie, was absolutely adorable, exceptional at her job and treated us very well. It makes me so happy when I get great food and great service. I'll be back!

I love Burger madness. It's an amazing choice with unlimited toppings with reasonable price. I also love their sweet potato fries!

I get takeout regularly from Arthur's and it's always delicious. My son loves the kids grilled cheese. I like the Luau Burger and the Boursin burger.

Seats were all cut up and full of duct tape, atmosphere definitely needs some help.We sat down and ordered a bourbon slush, cheese sticks and potato skins. They don't have potato skins anymore, bummer. They were so good. Fried cheese was delicious as usual. It seems like their draft beer selection has really dwindled. They don't really have any domestics on draft.Bourbon slush was horrible, we had to send it back. It was more sour than a sour patch kid, and you couldn't taste any booze at all.It is still an okay place, but isn't good as it used to be

Katie, who took care of us today for lunch, was phenomenal!!! As was the food! I mean, really, it was perfect!! Also, when she got her break, it was seamless, and the great service continued with the young woman who filled in!!! I couldn't be happier or recommend it more! Food 10, service 15, atmosphere 10!!

Tonight was our first time ever eating food from Arthur’s & we placed a carry out order. The luau burger was good! My sons said the Reuben was okay. My mom’s Mexican chicken salad was on the small side and my dad’s chili was supposed to be a bowl but we think he might’ve been given a cup. Stuff happens, so we did our best to be understanding, however what made us decide to place a follow up phone call was a 4% carry out fee which was realized was on the receipt when we got home. The person on the phone explained that the fee is to cover the cost of carry out supplies such as to go boxes & that fee has bee implemented for probably a couple of years. I’ve never seen or heard of such a fee with any other restaurant so this was our first and last time ordering carry out from them. It’s a bummer too because I love to support local businesses.

It had an old-school storefront vibe. OK. There were burgers. I can make burgers at home. Onion rings were decent, and they had beer. There was service of a rather uninspired level. It was OK. Nothing to write home about. I'd hope for a better experience if there's a "next time".
