Very busy on a Friday night. Great selection of foods. I got a fried chicken salad with honey mustard dressing. Most of the table got burgers or sandwiches. And one person got fish tacos.

I was told this was the best hamburger in the area. While a solid entry i have had better. Our server was new as well. All in all a decent place.

The food is good and the people there are very welcoming. The atmosphere is there but just very dark.

Changed the menu since I been there last. Lots of times now off the menu Sat at bar. Wish they didn't clear my area when I talked to bartender about coming back for all my food items and trying to put all on my motorcycle

I was a delivery driver, not a customer. The staff was helpful and patient, and the people who ate the food liked it.

Best Burger and fries I've ever had.

One of the better burgers in the Cincinnati area. I would give it an 8.25 out of 10. The patty was tasty and perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh, the chipotle mayo was a great addition, and the bun stayed together throughout the entire meal. The Cajun fries are a must. Overall, I felt the burger was priced right and the meal was enjoyable. The downside is the service. It seemed like they did not have enough waitresses working for the volume of customers. Either that or the waitresses are hiding in the kitchen. We had to wait much longer than we should have, on several occasions, to get the waitresses attention and what we needed. For example, it took almost 10-15 minutes after we finished eating to get the check and another 10-15 minutes to actually pay and get out the door. That should have been a 5 minute process tops, not 20-30 minutes. I would rate this place 3.5 out of 5.

Friendly staff, excellent food. The burgers are amazing.... probably the best in Cincinnati. My favorite is the buckaroo (BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, bacon and sauteed onions). Excellent appetizers as well; the mozzarella cheese sticks are huge. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

The food was horrible.
Ordered fish and chips which menu said was voted best in Cincinnati Magazine.
The fish was watery and tasteless - no sadly no seasoning at all. Tartar sauce was a cup of warm mayo with a single fleck of pickle.
The fries were cold.
Coleslaw is made with a vinagrette-ish sauce but also lacked flavor.

This was our second time here. First was 10 years ago. We knew we hadn’t been back because we were unimpressed last time.
Making this review to remind myself for the future that this place is a no go for us!

Not to mention a basic hamburger is $15-$20

The inside was also humid and warm.
