The food is great! However, the cook has to do the work of 3 people so it's slow. I've lived in building 2 yrs & And the cook here is quicker than the other two owners restaurants. Point Get this guy some help. Customers are tired of waiting on food.

What a joke. $5.00 for 14 total fries. The faculty might not have been human. They seemed to be some sort of alien-people. Had really bad energy in the place.

Got a cheesesteak panini and it was the most awful tasting, fatty-meat sandwich. Bleah.
I would give zero Stars if I was given a chance the staff is so rude. I give the food a four. But overall I would not recommend this place.. me and a couple of my co-workers feel as if they are racist and completely unprofessional.. Pedro and two of the female staffs..

I’ve been coming here for a couple years. It is a gem of a place. You cannot find better food for this price downtown or anywhere else in general. Every member of the team there is very friendly and has nailed customer service. Today I was inspired to write this review because I saw the chef making some French toast. He was treating the motions with so much care, attention, and grace, it was like watching an artist at work. It is clear the people here take pride in their work, and you can taste it. Cincinnati is lucky to have this place!

Best chicken tenders I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, crispy, and a huge portion, all for $9 w chips and a drink. They do get a little backed up, so go early or later for lunch.
I visit 580 market gourmet everyday since it’s close to work. The manager Mike is such a friendly energy everyday. All staff members are kind and helpful. The food is made fresh and always hits the spot. They have delicious salads and sandwiches as well as convenient goods all in one. Genuinely always pleased with this place. I’m a big fan of the Caesar salads as well as their breakfast sandwiches. Definitely recommend just to enjoy the warmth of Mike and the food from him and his staff.

Had a omelet here it was ok took a while don't know who cooked it.
Great food, great prices, friendly staff. Highly recommended
Still an amazing SW Chicken salad even though its made ahead of time! Have loved getting this salad for all the flavor and they literally fill the container full!! Yes its loud at lunch, yes its busy at lunch, I had to get used to it too, but only took a few times and all good. Breakfasts are also very good, I LOVE GOETTA! They had pre-made Goetta-egg-chz on English Muffin, extremely good!
Not good at all
I wrote a review a long time ago and beat them up pretty bad for hand hygiene. Well I certainly hope everyone is doing a better job in that arena in the time of COVID. I had the Chicken Bacon ranch wrap today, and it is very good and a lot for the money. I don't recommend the pickle. It had almost no taste so disappointing.
