Well, the people working were nice enough, but the pretzels were a bit burnt and not so soft which I would expect from them. I wouldn’t say they weren’t edible, but it kind of ruined the anticipation as I hadn’t had a pretzel from them in a long time.

Trip county mall is closed so had to go to Kenwood mall.

They only had one pretzel dog and a cup of small pretzel dogs left. The pretzel dog was hard as a rock and the pretzel dog minis dough wasn’t cooked and oozing out. It was pretty gross. They still have 45 minutes to close and were not making any more pretzels at all, and turned away around 10-15 people ahead of us and who knows how many behind us. It was super disappointing.

we got a cinnamon pretzel and it was very dry and hard :( 2 stars bc the icing was delicious tho! go to the eastgate auntie anne’s if you want a good pretzel :)

The cashier was really unfriendly, I try to place my order and e everything I asked she said 20 minutes, I did respond it's ok I can wait for it, ans she's making a angry face. I REALLY FEE Disappointed, she's look like she doesn't like her job.
lady had me scan a reward to tell me "we dont do that at kenwood". The reward is timed so I lost out on it. Plan to call corporate this week.

I would appreciate if I’m spending my hard work money at a restaurant that the employees would greet me with a welcoming smile or greeting, not just stare me down like a deer in headlights

Went for the most classic stop while at the mall. I was highly disappointed when I revived my pretzel. It wasn't warm and the size was very small. Usually the pretzels I get from auntie Ann's are soft-this was not the case today. My sister also ordered a frozen hot chocolate and they were out of whipped cream.
