Remove your location on google maps. Your store still shows as active and says it’s OPEN. Looked all over the mall, only to find out this location is out of business / spot is completely empty.

At like 6:10 pm today I placed an order on door dash for auntie Anne's. About 3-5 minutes after I placed my order it was cancelled. So I called up there to see what was going on and stupid b1t¢h tells me that they only have a few things left on the warmer and that's all they cooking for the night. I asked her what time they were closing and she said 7. I looked it up online and it said they close at 8. I will be getting in contact with corporate Monday.

Second time I've ever been to this place and both experiences were awful. This time my kids got the mini pretzel dogs, they were so burnt they were black but somehow still so greasy that the hot dogs will not stay inside the pretzel. I got a regular "soft" pretzel, the bag was completely soaked and dripping butter(?) and the pretzel itself is so stale that I can't even chew it. The smell of these items.....Rumpke is more tolerable. Can truly tell that the staff does not care whatsoever and I can completely understand why Auntie Anne's are disappearing.

Started working at Ashley in the mall around 4 months ago. Auntie Anne's has been a regular lunch for me ever since. The employees, Lisa, Heaven, Summer, and many more, are all phenomenal.If their excellent pretzels didn't keep me coming back, their excellent service just might.Luckily for me, they're always delivering both!

Ordered online here the other day. I ordered a pretzel with no butter and got one with no salt. Okay. Ordered a game pack for the superbowl 24 hours prior and they were out of game holders when I picked up. Okay. I understand. Was supposed to get sweet glaze, got cream cheese. Went back, oh we're out of that. Sorry to make them look up from there phones to help me with my $80.00 order. What happened here?
Poor quality food and service. Questioned freshness and baker was rude and showed no care. Will not be returning to this location. LOST AN EXTREMELY LOYAL CUSTOMER !!!!

So disappointed. I know these pretzels are good. We got two pretzels and when we got around to eating them 10 mins later, they were both hard as a rock. Employees there did NOT look like they wanted to be there and the way the gentleman slammed the dough down on the counter made the whole visit very unwelcoming. Come on Auntie Anne's... you're better than that.
