I ordered them through doordash and when I received my bucket of pretzels they were all burnt and hard! I had to small buckets! I tried calling 10x and it's a NY # that says there isn't a voicemail and no one ever answered! Not to mention my drink was watered down and although it was delivered you would think they would wait to make it right when they arrived for my food 🤷♀️
Crazy how it's over 5 dollars for a pretzel that has been sitting in a case all day, stale, disgusting.
Asking for a tip? I don't think so. $19 for 2 dry old pretzels and 2 small lemonades? Terrible. I watched one employee play with his lip/face and hair, then touch food. The other girl was standing in a daze playing with a ball of dough.
This location is useless to have! They should have shut this one down and forget it ever existed because they never have any pretzels ready when you go up to get one. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've been in the mall three times this month and every time they do not have any pretzels.

Employees love to argue, kind of entertaining tbh
They don't know how to accept coupons or gift cards. They were fairly rude about their inability to do so as well. I was told to stand off to the side while we waited for one employee to come back from break. When the other employee came back she said it's my problem if the coupon and gift card don't work. They then left me standing over to the side and made a comment after they'd served several other customers that I'd better get in line. Then, they made a half hearted attempt to redeem gift card and use coupon and immediately gave up and told me they didn't work. They then made a snide comment that they had paying customers in line behind me. So, I wasted 40 minutes and had nothing to show for it. Left, ate some cold food that I had purchased for myself and my wife at the food court right before I went to get the pretzels, and messed around with the terrible app to place an order. There is no where to use the gift card online so I had to pay out of pocket. I had no problem using the coupon, though. My wife picked up the good as my Anxiety was high at that point. They of course gave her the oldest, nastiest pretzels they could find. If I wanted bad pretzels I would have saved the time and aggravation and gone to We're Rollin'.

So good
Over priced stale bread prepared by teenagers who could obviously care less. Then they want to charge 2 dollars for a cup of rap water.Places like this is why no one comes to eastgate mall
They have the best pretzels around
Restaurantji Recommends
Even though it was the end of the day the pretzels were still fresh and good. I've had the cinnamon sugar pretzel before and it's a favorite. I tried the sweet almond pretzel for the first time and I will be torn between them next time. Yum

Ordered a regular lemonade and a frozen one w strawberry added. Cashier was hateful but my frozen lemonade exploded all over her and she still sat it on the counter for me dripping everywhere. Everyone else seemed friendly except her.
Depending on who’s working that day, you’ll either get fresh pretzels or pretzels that have been sitting for literally 20-40 minutes. This place is perfect if you’re looking for an OVERPRICED SNACK! (:
Clean nice people an good pretzels
If they are open and they have time to make more pretzels but refuse that is just bad customer service all the way around. I can see if I showed up 5 minutes before they were closing but that wasn't the case, they had 30-45 minutes.
