Even though it was the end of the day the pretzels were still fresh and good. I've had the cinnamon sugar pretzel before and it's a favorite. I tried the sweet almond pretzel for the first time and I will be torn between them next time. Yum

Excellent pretzels.They are Hot and Buttery with a lil crispness to the exterior pretzel... but they are so soft and tasty.Now if they just had Jalapeño pretzels again I would be like 6 stars..The ones with Jalapeño in dough not on outside of pretzel. Those made me stop at the mall for no other reason.

best customer service ever. Never ever get frustrated when there are huge lines and they're always ready to make you something that they don't have already made. The wait for them to make you what you ordered is short as well. Amazing faces and amazing manners!! Never fails to make my day :)
