Weren’t greeted, weren’t sure if we were supposed to order on the tablet on the counter that was facing towards us so we asked, half expecting a “yes” since it was too dead for them to just ignore us for a minute like they were, but were told just “no,” so we waited & then ordered our overpriced smoothie. We then waited as orders put it after ours started getting made while we were still waiting. I’m sure others have had better experiences, but the lone fact that my smoothie has peanut butter doesn’t justify the price. It didn’t feel premium, just bougie.

I have previously enjoyed BanaSun but this last time I found the power green bowl to taste overwhelmingly stale? Couldn’t tell what it was, but it was in the greens, not the toppings.

I don’t mind waiting a bit, I only come here if I have time to wait. Don’t try to call and order ahead bc they will completely ignore your call. Today I was in a rush but really wanted a bowl, I called to try to pre order and the phone rang and rang. I still drove past and noticed the store was completely empty. I went ahead and got my bowl but wish I wouldn’t have had to wait 15 minutes for it. It’s simple to answer a phone with an empty store and two employees. Disappointing.

The more and more I try bowls from different franchises and other one off places around the city/country, I realize this is by far the best açaí bowl I’ve ever had. Most places taste like high volume processed sugar açaí bowls, bulk bought granola bars as well as other ingredients. To me this is the most natural tasting açaí bowl, granola, honey and fruit. You won’t be disappointed!

I stopped in to try this & I am so glad I did. I had a gorilla smoothie & the most wonderful woman aided me in adding chia seeds & coconut to it. I Truly Wish I’d of asked her, her name. She was a brunette & wearing a head cover. She helped me, directly, which is extremely important to me. She was very kind & the gentleman working with her was very polite too. Both were amazing people to speak to. The smoothie was delicious & honestly, I’m going to be in town a couple more days so I think I may go back, not sure, but I highly recommend this location. It’s worth it!
