They are so dirty and they leave food that should be refrigerated in the warm hallway in the back that attract bugs and it’s disgusting.

Still, after several years, the best Pad Thai in the Cincinnati area. Food is reasonably priced and incredible flavor. Spiced to the requested level of hot.
The restaurant has been updated since my last visit to a much more modern look.
Service was prompt.

The staff is so sweet here! I had the crab rangoons with the house salad and both were phenomenal. I will definitely be back.

So good! I used to live by them, so I don't get it often, but it's the best Thai!! This is the Thai rolls and basil Thai with chicken and I added scallops. 😋

Had pad thai about 5 years ago and it was the best I've ever had. Just went again and the pad thai tasted like strong fish. I had a family member taste it & they agreed that it was awful. It was hard to get the one bite down. I sent it back and got fried rice with extra egg. The egg was on top and was raw. The white was literally dripping on the rice. Not sure if we went at a bad time or if this restaurant quality has gone down over time. Very disappointed & don't plan to return.
Love this place!
Food is great, not super expensive. Service is really good too. One of my favorite places to eat in the area.
A favorite spot since the 80s.
New favorite lunch spot.
Penang curry is fantastic and the owners are super nice and friendly. Been coming here once a week for the past several months

Super nice people. Highly recommend!
Family run business that delivers consistently excellent Thai food.
Food was amazing, again!
I always get the Pad See Ewe here but ordered a few extra dishes when I had family over so they could try. I love thai food. However, we got Thai Fried Rice as well as Pad Thai in addition to my customary Pad See Ewe. The Pad See Ewe was incredible as always but the Pad Thai and Thai Fried Rice were rather flavorless. I highly recommend skipping both of those dishes if you stop by and recommend the Pad See Ewe and the Mango Sticky Rice.
I’ve been eating at Ban Thai since 1990 when there wasn’t much in the way of ethnic foods in ole Clermont County. It’s been amazing since the beginning. I always order red curry w tofu - it tastes exactly the same as it did 35 years ago. Highly recommend!
