High-quality food at very reasonable prices—what more could you ask for? Portion sizes were generous, and every dish felt like a great value. You can tell they care about giving guests a great experience without overcharging. Definitely a hidden gem!

Very disappointed in the experience we just had..
Gangnam chicken was pretty good, but the original chicken was very dry and overcooked.
There were about 10 people in the restaurant but we waited over 50 minutes for our food. After receiving our food, we asked the manager if we could get a side of ranch. He responded with let me check we might have run out. The other people I was with asked what he said, and I told them he said they may have ran out.
The manager then came back, and started berating us, saying we said right now right now, and then proceeded to tell us to leave a review if we weren’t happy. We told him we just didn’t expect to wait 50 minutes for our food.
Following that he went as far to call us racist. This was not only unprofessional but deeply insulting. Management should focus on running the business instead of making personal attacks.
Unfortunately as good as my chicken dish was, I can’t recommend supporting a business that allows that kind of behavior.

I first tried these chicken wings in the DFW Metroplex. They quickly became one of my favorite places for chicken wings in Texas. I was pleasantly surprised to find bb.q Chicken in my hometown, Cincinnati Ohio. If you like wings, you’ll love one of flavors bb.q wings offers on their menu. They will not disappoint. Gave me burnt fries 🍟, won't never go bk. Very bad customer service, 😑. Still waiting on my refund. They guy on the phone very rude. I Dine-in and carryout more den 4 times there. Today is my very last day! It doesn't never b alot of people in there, so why give me burnt,hard and dry French fries!?

Overcooked and dried boneless chicken like a chicken jerky. The chicken was cut in the wrong direction, which makes it even tougher! Chicken was cold, only the sauce was warm. Wait time for food is 30 mins when there were only 10 customer in house. It’s such a big disappointment for the restaurant that focus on selling fried chicken.

I placed a Takeout order with Keith, when I reached my destination I discovered the order was wrong. The ticket was what I ordered but the content was not. I tried to call several times to let them know and no one answered. Then when I called an additional times voice messaging came on immediately. Matter unresolved.😡
