bbq chicken is always tasty. This time I got it the sauce was barely coated on my spicy side. They charge almost $2 for a small side of sauce, so at least the chicken I order should have sauce on it, a lot of the pieces were only have covered. It’s pretty pricey, but we don’t mind spending the money because it’s generally always worth it. Also the person who took my order didn’t ask me if I wanted a side and in any other location it generally comes with pickled daikon. Drove 40 minutes to pick this up to come home disappointed

If I could give 0 stars i would!! Came in while visiting from Texas, talk about bad service.!! The manger at the time was awful and the servers were even worst. A Friday night only one table should've been a sign for me. But hey I tried it anyway! I regret every wasted minute. Took over 45 minutes for my food, then asked for sauce with my wings they said I should be glad that it didn't take 2 hours for the food, and I would have to pay for it. Who doesn't give sauce with wings!!! I have never received such poor service in my life. I don't understand if you don't want to serve ppl why work in service, where it's your job to serve!? They clearly take cues from the manger because he said I should be glad they served me! DON'T NOT GO HERE, they don't value their customers and could care less about your money and experience.

Walked in to order and was told it was a 1-2 hour wait for food? How can it possibly be 1-2 hours to deep fry chicken wings for people actually in your store? They care more about takeout orders than in store orders. Everyone in the store was sitting down waiting for the food looking like they were waiting in line at the dmv
I like that this location is dine in. You'll have to pay for parking nearby if you can't find street parking though.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am very disappointed with the food experience and the service. The chicken was dry and hard. We couldn’t even finish the chicken and the manager refused to accommodate the food we couldn’t eat. I asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn’t even come out. I would not recommend trying this place at all. Save your money.

No longer taking orders at 11:45pm on a Thursday when online it says they take kitchen orders up until 12:30am. They close at 1am.... so it felt like we were the only ones being denied.
