Stopped in for a after bite to eat , pre-birthday dinner with my lady and ordered our preferred chicken choices , (honey garlic / Caribbean spice wings , even grabbed one of the bottles of Soon Hari (peach ) which by the way is nice š, but with all that got home and found the chicken was missing one of its sauces , the honey garlic , tried calling back but Iām guessing they already stop answering the phone so they can close , so yeah everything was good beside the mix up .

I ordered online in the middle of the day (restaurant was very quiet) and after arriving on time for my order, I waited 35 minutes. No apology or anything. There were lots of other impatient waiting customers and the staff just seemed very apathetic to it all. One customer left out of anger without his food, I canāt imagine how long he was waiting. Just very unfortunate.

Iām VERY disappointed with my experience. I tried placing an order online, but there was no chicken menu available.. which makes no sense considering this is a FRIED CHICKEN restaurant. The only options showing for pickup or delivery were side items like fries and pickled radish. No actual chicken items were listed.
Thinking it might be a system issue, I tried calling the restaurant to either check the status or place an order by phone. No one answered. I didnāt just call once.. I called MULTIPLE TIMES over several hours at different times of the day. Still NO response.
Itās frustrating when a business makes it this difficult to place an order. I was genuinely trying to give them business, but it felt like there was no effort on their end to assist customers. Very disappointing experience.

10/10 chicken was crunchy and on their point, the chicken fried rice is savory and full of amazing spices. The service is amazing would recommend to come eat here ā¤ļøāāŗļø

This was our first time at this restaurant, the staff was inattentive and unwelcoming. The cashier seemed to have an attitude towards us as well. The chicken was underwhelming. It was barely coated in sauce, dry, and not crispy at all. We will not be coming back :)

The chicken was perfect texture and bite, but - it had a strong chemical smell between old onions in pine sol to melted plastic. I donāt think chicken should taste that way. Maybe it was just the green onions. But I have had chicken here before that was perfect! I just couldnāt finish these.
Also ordered kimchi fried rice. The portion was huge. I can eat that for 3 days. Just missing a little heat or zing.
Also ordered cabbage - but it wasnāt in the bag when I got home. I cry. Glad that was only a few dollars.

The food was good, the service was soso, considering that after approx. 20 minutes, we were the only guest. The waitress wasn't super attentive, we had to look for her to get a refill. We had chicken wings and bulgogi, which was good, and tasty

High-quality food at very reasonable pricesāwhat more could you ask for? Portion sizes were generous, and every dish felt like a great value. You can tell they care about giving guests a great experience without overcharging. Definitely a hidden gem!

Very disappointed in the experience we just had..
Gangnam chicken was pretty good, but the original chicken was very dry and overcooked.
There were about 10 people in the restaurant but we waited over 50 minutes for our food. After receiving our food, we asked the manager if we could get a side of ranch. He responded with let me check we might have run out. The other people I was with asked what he said, and I told them he said they may have ran out.
The manager then came back, and started berating us, saying we said right now right now, and then proceeded to tell us to leave a review if we werenāt happy. We told him we just didnāt expect to wait 50 minutes for our food.
Following that he went as far to call us racist. This was not only unprofessional but deeply insulting. Management should focus on running the business instead of making personal attacks.
Unfortunately as good as my chicken dish was, I canāt recommend supporting a business that allows that kind of behavior.
