We came here on a whim visiting from another state. We had amazing food! There were lots and lots of vegetable and meat options, and all gluten free. The freshness, flavor, and variety were all great. And the employees were very friendly and helpful in making suggestions for meat and sauce combinations.

this place is the best. right when i walk in i feel a personal connection with the smell. the workers are all the best and give me great portions of the food. i go here 3x a week and i hope the workers know me. the food does not disappoint and i never have a bad bowl

The food wasn’t bad but I was super disappointed that the rice was extremely dry. I got the purple rice and when I got home to eat it, it was dry and not very good to eat. Please make sure the rice is not dry.

We love coming to bimbibop anytime we are in the area, our whole family loves the food and it’s so nice having a gluten free Store that feels safe for me. We always feel it’s more than enough food and often have a few of us leaving with leftovers. The bowls don’t travel too well bc they get soggy, but we still love everything about it there! I love the noodles and chicken and all the great toppings! Come to Iowa bimbibop!

As a UC student, I love it here, had my lunch here most of the time. Food is healthy and delicious, customer service is great and respectful. I guess the only thing that is bringing it down, its the table aren't often clean (even when there's arent many customers) so sometimes you have to either clean it urself or choose another table but not a big deal. Overall its great, food is good thats the most important part.

The worst customer service and staff at Bibibop. The employees at this location will purposely delay your online order if you don’t leave a tip for pickup. When I placed an in-store pickup order and didn’t tip—since I was picking it up myself—the manager gave me a dirty look. I can’t believe people expect tips for everything these days
