As a UC student, I love it here, had my lunch here most of the time. Food is healthy and delicious, customer service is great and respectful. I guess the only thing that is bringing it down, its the table aren't often clean (even when there's arent many customers) so sometimes you have to either clean it urself or choose another table but not a big deal. Overall its great, food is good thats the most important part.

The worst customer service and staff at Bibibop. The employees at this location will purposely delay your online order if you don’t leave a tip for pickup. When I placed an in-store pickup order and didn’t tip—since I was picking it up myself—the manager gave me a dirty look. I can’t believe people expect tips for everything these days

Trevor was a good host--- First time at this franchise and food was amazing. After stuffing my face with a bowl I wasn't full, didn't feel like I over ate. Food was clean eating for a fast food spot. Great selection for the vegan community. Probable will be eating more of this and less Chipotle.

Whatever you do, don’t order delivery from here. They use DoorDash so it’s a rando who delivers, and if they steal your stuff, you can’t get in touch with the store. Call the number, you get sent straight to a voicemail box that’s full. Absolutely useless.
