This is for the recent delivery experience I had, the order was stolen by the delivery driver and bibibop wouldn't pick up my calls or do much of anything about it. There wasn't even an attempt by the driver to deliver it, they just marked it complete and took it. Don't recommend using delivery with bibibop through their app. Food wise it's good, and the in person experience has been good normally

Basically Quickway but Korean. And better tasting food. I went for a bowl with white rice, potatoes, some mung beans, some corn, spicy chicken, and no sauce. So good!Chicken isn't that spicy but still good either way. So glad there's one in the city near me.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!
First time trying this and I'm in love. Healthy and gluten free. Just what I've been looking for. This will be my new go to. Very delicious!!!

I had a really bad first time experience, I ordered an original bowl I asked the lady can you put light carrots on my bowl I don’t think she spoke English or something but I was very frustrated, I asked a few questions an about certain things the girl in the back was eating and had a major attitude. I will not be back, I don’t recommend this restaurant, bad attitude unhelpful and rude & unprofessional. I’ve been treated better at chipotle.

Watch out for unexpected costs. The menu lists extra protein at $2.99, but I was charged $4.99 for the same amount on the side, with no mention of such price on the board. And I didn’t find their reasons for such difference convincing.

I'm gluten free for medical reasons. To be able to come to a restaurant and not have to ask what's safe for me to consume is refreshing. To be able to eat Asian fusion food and not have to worry about soy sauce is amazing. To top it off, everything is super tasty and filling. I come here often for lunch, theres many food options and it's very accommodating for vegans/vegetarians. I love the window seating too. The food service is excellent, it's always clean inside, the staff is frendly. Highly recommend! Theres also vegan gluten free cookies ((:

Every time I have been there it's always been amazing. The workers are always nice and unlike a lot of places like that are very fast. The food it always so flavorful. Not to mention the inside is always very clean and organized, never messy. Would definatly recommend, 11/10

Arrived soon after the doors opened on a Saturday, and was impressed with the friendly staff, the cleanliness, and most importantly the food looked amazing. It was very tasty and would like to continue coming!
