My second oldest daughter went with her aunt and raved about this place. With a family of six and a few younglings that are picky this place was friendly and helpful for first timers customers. Definitely a place to come and bring family and friends.

I went to the one in Cross from Kenwood Mall. The service is okay The employees were not all friendly 😕 but the food was great.
Vegetarian options: I'm not sure, since I didn't ordered the vegetarian meal.

I’m sad to give this place 1 star after being a loyal regular customer for years but the quality of food and service has severely declined. They put ingredients in their food that are not labeled and don’t make any accommodations for allergies. For example, when you order a salad base, it is advertised that the 1 lettuce option is without dressing but it actually does have dressing that the staff can’t even tell your what’s in it (which is very scary for someone like me with allergies). Now when you ask them to provide lettuce without any dressing they say NO we don’t do BUT for the past 5 years I’ve been going to Bibibop they never had dressing mixed into the either lettuce option and even when they added dressing to one salad base option (and advertised as such) they would accommodate my request. This is just one example of the poor experiences at this location. Bibibop was my go to weekly spot and it’s disappointing to even have to write this review but I hope their ownership sees the decline in loyal customers and starts to make some changes.
