This place has really gone downhill the past few years.
It’s always been kind of dirty and messy inside, but it’s gotten much worse recently.
Cockroaches on the floor (see pic), trash overflowing (no bag in the receptacle), employees just standing around, etc when it wasn’t even busy.
Food (bagel sandwiches) was just ok, much smaller than in the past.
Not sure that we will return.

If you plan on picking up and leaving that’s the best you’re going to do at this bagel shop. Assuming, of course, you get good service from the teenage boys working there.
No napkin. Displayed condiments flavors were out. Employees didn’t seem to care.
Restrooms are out dated and dirty. Toilet seats need replaced. When garbage can got full they added another one and it’s overflowing also.
Front door entry has used worn out dirty mats that are pushed aside and replaced with another that also needs replaced.
The owner (whoever that is) isn’t present and is: Asleep-At-The-Wheel!

Overpriced. Sat in lobby for 40 minutes after I was told to be there for my to go order. Bagels weren’t even cooked an hour after opening. Wasn’t offered any form of compensation. Ice maker wasn’t working so no cold or iced beverages. Used to go here all the time back in college. Wild to see this local staple go downhill.

The Bengals are always great. We are big fans of the blueberry.

this place is so nasty😭 the girl working the counter kept zoning out when i was trying to talk to her, which was frustrating. she didn't really acknowledge when i ordered, and when i politely asked if she'd heard me, i was met with an attitude.
the bagels themselves were thin and flavorless. absolutely NOTHING like NYC bagels so i don't think anyone saying they are has ever actually been to new york. the muffins were genuinely in-edible. do you know how hard it is to mess up a muffin??? i got a double chocolate chip which looked good from a distance. however, the outside was hard, dry and crumbly and the inside was an almost raw, pasty texture. my partner got the mini muffins (which should also be IMPOSSIBLE to mess up) and she had to spit them out.
the atmosphere inside the place was dark and dingy and didn't smell good. i would not recommend this place nor will i ever be back. marx bagels in blue ash is a bit of a drive but much better quality.

Pros: The last time I got a bagel here which was a few months ago, it was great. Asiago with vegetable cream cheese. I liked the chewiness of it but the cream cheese could have more vegetables like it used to.
Cons: It’s quite dirty in there now. The service is terrible. Flies are everywhere. Now there’s a buzzing sound that makes me walk out, after a minute. Twice now I’ve walked out because my head couldn’t take it.
Please please please clean the place up and get better kids to work there!!! Also, fix that buzzing!!!

The bagels Are good. I usually get the BLT with any type of bagel and any type of cream cheese. However, the muffins are not fresh. They're very dry and hard.
Great bagels, some of the best I've found in Cincinnati. Nice people working there also. It was really loud inside the day I was there, with fans running and the music turned up. Had to yell a little to be heard. Hot too. But they do make bagels there, so maybe hot is part of the deal.
Everytime I go with my daughter after church all of the young kids working are so so nice and polite! And we love the coffee and bagels!
Absolutely yummy!!

Food and latte was good, but I had some mold on my cheesecake muffin so that was off-putting... Other items I got were good.
