A proper bagel place like what I'm used to back in NY. Lots of bagel places throughout the US do something weird to their bagels ... I don't know what it is but they're shaped weird and they don't taste right. This place had nice, normal bagels.

Big Apple has went so far downhill over the last few years. It’s completely run down and dirty, plus the food is bland and overpriced. Not sure what the problem is with ownership and management.
