The drinks are good but the food is okay

Nice cool place. Food and drinks and employees were awesome

The staff at Big Ash Brewing is the best. My group has held several events there, and it always is a success. The self-serve taps and kiosks for food orders makes everything streamlined without having long lines. Good beer!

Excellent Venue. Allowed us to have an Art Show for me and my friends. I can’t think of a better place to share a drink, a great conversation and to have an event!

The staff makes event planning so easy! We’ve hosted many events here with 100+ people. It’s always effortless. Thanks to all of you!

I plan events all over the Cincy area and I have to say this staff is phenomenal. Easy to work with, always professional with a “we will make it work” attitude.

There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful location this was for my brothers celebration of life event. From the thoughtfulness of the staff, to the amazing food, to the flow of the event… it truly could not have been a better choice - even at such late notice when we booked it. If you have any event large or small, this is THE location you need to choose. Bonus? It was very affordable, and we had over 250+ people attend over the course of 3 hours. 5 stars - I’d give more if I could!!

I met the absolute coolest staff today. Super welcoming environment and easy no mess access to food and drink!

My wife's workplace held an after work get together, here. I-75 South was like a parking lot so I took the streets, zig-zagging through Mt. Lookout and riding over the levee to get there. Turns out that was actually the most direct route.

The venue is large, open and airy, with plenty of room to accommodate multiple parties. There is also a sizable outdoor area available during warmer weather. I didn't see an actual menu, but food was served for the company party, and it was all good. The offerings included fresh salad, sliders with ham or turkey and cheese, multiple types of pizza, and fruit and veggies trays.

The one thing about Big Ash that impressed me the most was their drink vending machine. They scan your credit card and link it to one of their in house cards that you use to to select and pay for drinks as they are dispensed. Cost depends on listed price per ounce and the actual volume you dispense. At the end of the night you can cash out or simply drop the card in a designated box. A 20% gratuity will be added automatically if you use the Dropbox. Definitely a great idea as it allows you to sample as many beers and wines as you desire, plus it alleviates lines at the bar. The place is clean and modern, and the staff is great. I had the opportunity to interact with Eric; he is a fantastic representative of the venue!

We went for the paint n sip, with Levonn. We had the best time. Great atmosphere and good times.

Venue was cool and the self serve drink setup was neat. However the food was terrible. Unfortunately (for us) we came hungry so the food heavily influenced this review. We ordered “roasted” buffalo cauliflower bites and they were anything but roasted - they were microwave rubbery and clearly had buffalo sauce thrown on them after the fact. Forgot the promised ranch dipping sauce too. The cinnamon pretzel bites were hard as rocks. Downsize the menu if you can’t deliver on it.

The concept is great. The location is clean. I wish they had better food, though, and that they did some innovations with their beer. They play it very safe and keep most of the same beers they've had for 5 years.

Great selection of beer and wine. You can even get mixed cocktails at the bar. On the other hand the food was not so good. I got the turkey sliders that were so little turkey on them and they just didn't taste good and they came with a handful of chips very disappointing. We also got the buffalo chicken nachos and they were also very disappointed very little chicken on them. Saw some people eating pizzas they look pretty good I would go that route.

The brewery that wishes it wasn't a restaurant? It's all self serve. Leave your table to pick up your own food, pour your own drink, and bus your own table. Just a cashier to deal with your payment and answer questions. The beer was okay. Menu is limited. No vegan options and not much customization. Can't order a sandwich with no cheese at the kiosk. Maybe staff have a way to do it but was too annoyed to bother at that point.

We had a good time until the end. Went to celebrate a friends birthday with a party of 13. Two of our guest paid off their tab and came back to the table. We weren’t even walking out yet our party was still going strong and the lady Levon who was working came to our table to loudly and aggressively shame the two who paid their tab for not tipping enough. This is not professional or acceptable in the least. Mind you this is pretty much a self serve place. And again our party was not over they were just done drinking. One of them dropped $10 cash in the tip jar as well as leaving $5 on card.
You get your own beer, you order your food on a kiosk and then pick your food up at a window. They literally only make mixed drinks and clear your table if you don’t get to it first. The drinks are made inconsistently. A friend and myself were ordering the same shots he would come back with his glass 3/4 full per shot mine was 1/4 full being charged the same price. I would definitely never recommend coming here.
