An excellent Sunday afternoon experience on their outdoor patio with our dog... You order your own food on a kiosk but it's user friendly and the staff is willing to help if you need it. Jessica was top notch and checked on us periodically to see if everything was okay. All our food was very tasty. Italian hoagies, pizza and pretzel bites with beer cheese and excellent Bloody Marys. Highly recommend!!
It’s an interesting idea. You serve yourself. You have to get your own glass and pour your own drink. You have to order your own food on a kiosk and then pick it up. You have to get your own plates and napkins and silverware and take it back to your table. I don’t mind all this. I do mind that they added a 15% gratuity (without telling me) on the bill at the end of the night. No one served me. There’s no one to tip. This is flat out wrong.
Came to check it out on the way home from dropping my son off to respite camp, I was both impressed and disappointed. Just a matter of coming for the first time on the wrong day. Love the children and welcoming inclusionary environment, to say as one with experience in the service industry and familiar with the modern marvels of instant marketing and daily advertising I would only offer one suggestion, that you notify the general public that the space had been mostly reserved...
