I think this is a fine restaurant and I want it to succeed, so yesterday I tried 4 times to order for carry-out but no one answered, and I know it was open because I had driven by earlier. And I wasn't able to leave a message because o kept get cut off. Perhaps they too can't get enough help. I was disappointed and ended up ordering from some where else.

Went for a weekend trip to Cincinnati and decided to just pick a place at random. Big Bull Burger Bar was picked because we could not say it 4 times fast. It turned out to be a wise choice, we arrived early and the place was not crowded and immediately greeted and seated. Even though it took us a little bit of time, the wait staff was patience and very nice. There were 3 of us and we all had burgers. They were delicious and everyone enjoyed them. Our drinks were cold and the food was hot. They hit all 3 marks of a good restaurant, great service, good food and cold beer.

The food was not bad. I have had better burgers for other places, but not too many. Loved the vibe of the bar and our server was top notch. The poutine was amazing. And our cocktails were quite good. On the whole I would recommend hitting up the Big Bull Burger Bar.

We wanted to love this place but it was a miss. Nothing healthy on the menu. The only wings they have are boneless, heavily breaded and fried. Let's just call them what they are, chicken tenders. The southwest salad did not contain the ingredients advertised--nothing fresh only canned corn, beans and even green chilies. Bagged lettuce. Also I did not like the way the owner was talking to his employees. He seems very condescending and rude. Not a great business strategy in this job market.

Fantastic burger joint, whole food ingredients, and generous portions. Their bull and bacon bloody mary is fantastic. This is their Rise and shine plate.

This was our first visit, but doubt it will be our last!!!!!! Got here just as they opened on Sunday and happened to be the first ones there, had the pick of seats, but service and food was excellent. By the time we left the place was at least half full and yet the service was still great. Highly recommend for the atmosphere, service and the food which was incredible! I didn't even NEED dinner that night!!!

Thanks to Cincinnati burger week I found the place. The Butch Cassidy burger they created was amazing. Also had the shareable tots with Chili and cheese, which were equally amazing. Even with all the toppings, the tots still kept a bit of crunch.

We came here as part of burger week. Had really delicious creations made for the festival. Some of the best I’ve ever tasted. We added an amazing fruit filled arugula salad. One of the kids had chicken fingers. Even they were fabulous. Real chicken tenders. No wait time. Great service from Dominique, too!

I will start with the positive. Big Bull's burgers are tasty. I'm pleased that every option can be served vegetarian or vegan, which is a big consideration when my family chooses where to eat. However, there's room for improvement. Even though it was too hot to sit outside on the night we went, the outside isn't terribly welcoming. The inside is OK but atmosphere-less. There's no music playing and it was pretty quiet for dinner time. The strawberry peach salad was disappointing. It looks like a can of peaches was served on a plate of wilted arugula and strawberries. Condiments come in packets which I find disappointing in a sit down restaurant.

This place was absolutely horrible. We were seated and forgotten about. When our server finally took our order. It was probably 20 or 25 minutes still nothing, server came by said just a few more minutes... 15 minutes later still nothing (mean while the Manager or Owner was out speaking to other guests just passing us by). Server comes back after about 45 minutes and told us our food was given to another table and that our food was being made fresh now. She did bring us some old stale parmesan garlic fries. Food finally comes out mine is COLD AND AWFUL. My husband got a burger it was ok. Server came back to tell us they compted our food and asked if we wanted to speak to the owner and we said yes but he never came out. We will NEVER go back and let all of our friends and family now what a terrible place this is...

Husband and I went last night for dinner. When you walk in your greeted immediately but then you get to look around. It's really cool in there, they did a great job. Between us we got a burger, chicken sausage, fries and onion rings. We enjoyed everything. Definitely a new and elevated twist on all of the items we tried. I mean my chicken sausage had some slaw on it that was shredded Brussel sprouts. Delicious

I wanted this place to be more than a 2 star. I really did. And I 100% plan to give them another try so maybe an update will take place. Let's hope so. But no....for now....a 2 star it is. First off, for having so few guests as they had, it took way too long for us to receive initial service. I ordered the veggie burger but before ordering I specifically asked if it was a veggie burger or a black bean burger. It's a lentil burger. I promise you folks, it tastes EXACTLY like a black bean burger. Dry and all. I think in all my life I've sent food back maybe once? I had to send it back and have it replaced with chicken. Black. bean. burger. I should back up and say that first we ordered the chips, salsa and queso. Woa Nelly, are you kitten me right meow? $9??? For 2 VERY small cups?? If every Mexican restaraunt in the country can figure out how to give this away free, these guys can figure out how to sell it for $5 and still make a profit. No what I'm sayin? The fries. Very good. The menu describes them as fresh cut fries. Not fries covered in garlic and parmesean. Now personally I like all that stuff but to be fair, the menu should describe what you're going to get. A little teensie high priced. And I don't say that because of the neighborhood. I say that because it's overprices for what you're getting.

After reading the reviews and burgers being my favorite food, plus my birthday, I had to try this place! And I was not disappointed! The food is fantastic!!! Burgers perfect just how we ordered! We had the short rib poutine....OMG! You have to try them! Between 4 it was perfect. I got the bacon heaven burger and it was juicy delicious! My daughter had their version of a bbq pork sandwich and my nephew a sloppy joe. Their onion rings weren't crunchy to me but my mom ate them all. I do recommend the truffle hand cut fries! You can't go wrong here! It's a must try.......you guys are missing out!
