I love and frequent this restaurant, some of the best food I've had in a while and some of the best customer service as well. Thanks Ms. Stephanie!

Very flavor full and spicy without uncomfortable heat. The rice to the greens and Mac and cheese were all very well seasoned. They were sold out of oxtail, I will be trying that out next..

The food was precooked. I came in to get a Oxtail plate i was told to preorder the day before. This was the second time i was told that. I dont live in the area so that hard to drive 35 minutes for some food. So instead I'd order the Soul food plate. The food was in a pressure cooker. Not made to order. The jerk chicken was spicy and the rice was hard , greens had a big ginger root and not enough greens. Mac n cheese okay. Portions size was small.

Big jays soul plate was a treat. I mean everything was good, the greens were full of flavor , jerk chicken chef kiss, Mac and cheese was delicious, flavorful, and creamy, the right amount of cheese just how I like it. I'll give this place 9/10. Only because I wish I had some jerk sauce to drizzle over with my chicken the flavor was good but it would have made it extra good. I don't know if you have to ask for it or they forgot to add it to my order but I will definitely be back and will be sure to ask for the jerk sauce.. Call in your order it takes about 30 minutes.

They didn't have what we came to try. It was going to be a 30 min. wait to try something else. The only food readily available was the soul food plate. The mac was good, didn't ike the cabbage, the rice was hard and not flavorful. The chicken was just OK. Between that and the terrible parking, not sure we will be back, we drove out of the way to try this place and for the price we paid it wasn't worth the drive.Parking: Tight lot, we had to reverse out because someone parked blocking the remainder of the lot and nobody could get through.

Found this place because of Diners, Drive ins and Dives. The food is absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend this restaurant. Don’t wait too long because they do sell out fast. I hope one day they can expand and have multiple locations around the city. The atmosphere is great and the workers are very friendly and helpful. They definitely earned a repeat customer!!!! Well done!!!

Great Caribbean Food! Big plates, seasoned food, and the Rasta Pasta is to die for! The food was so good that I had to go back and shake Big Jay's hand for such a delicious meal and blessing my taste buds. Don't mind the price, it is reasonable for the portion size! A MUST TRY!

The best Caribbean soul food restaurant in the city of Cincinnati. The oxtails are the best in the city hands-down, the macaroni and cheese and greens are scrumptious. The owner J is a very sweet gentleman and the staff is nice.

I ordered the jerk chicken soul food plate which comes with two drummies, about two cups white rice, one cup maccheeze, one cup collards. Generous portion. No cilantro to be found on the rice but since chicken sat on top, plenty of juices ran down to flavor it up. Deliciously spicy and a little sweet. Chix cooked perfectly. Chix not spicy at all for jerk so slightly disappointing there. Wish I had some scotch bonnet pepper sauce. But that's how I am. Mac was just okay to me but the collards were off the chart. Collards carry the meal to the finish with five stars. Thank you.

Mannnn, you ain't never had a plate this damn good. It's the Rasta Pasta for me, I got it 3 days in a row. For $20 it fed me and my wife, FULL. I keep hearing the jerk Quesadillas and Oxtails, so I can't
