BIGGBY COFFEE - Red Bank Expy

The girl taking the order is not bad. She actually asks if we have a card which most branches don’t. The girl that serves the coffee needs to learn manners ! If someone says thank you ! You say YOURE WELCOME !! it’s that simple ! Customer service 101 dude. Get with it. She literally looks me dead in my eyes as I say thank you and says absolutely nothing back 👎🏾

What stands out to me is how friendly all of the baristas are at this location. And the coffee and bagels are delish.

Nice and clean. I did not order any good items. Just coffee too go. I tried the Honey Bear Latte.
It was delish!

My older son and I stopped to use a BOGO offer before it expired. This was my first time at the Redbank location and it was nice inside. The staff were friendly and did a good job making our coffee. The drinks were wonderful and hit the spot. I recommend this location!

So so bad. Ordered doordash and they got my drink wrong. Was supposed to be iced not hot, they only filled it 3/4 of the way, and it tasted like bananas when I got matcha. So disappointed.

Do not come here if you are lactose intolerant or vegan unless you are watching the barista make your drink. They don’t always put the correct milk in the drinks. Has happened to me and multiple others I know. Also check your food before you leave as I have gotten to work and realized the middle of my sandwich was frozen.

I will never come back,I waited over 10 minutes for a ice coffee.A girl by the name of Deborah asked if I wanted to tip her I declined and she went ahead and charged my card without my permission.When I called in management was very accusatory and kept saying I was t charged gratuity…but I was without my permission.Ill stick to dunkin!!Men lie women lie but receipts don’t.Shame on this thieving location.

Love coming here! Very friendly workers, fast service and really strong delicious coffee!! Recommend the hazelnut mocha latte ...iced or hot you can't go wrong.

I can’t believe I’ve been going here for over a year and never left a review! Everyone there is incredibly nice. The manager, I’ve heard him interview a couple people, He seems amazing and like he really cares about his people and the working environment. Everyone that I’ve ever met at the register, while maybe a little overwhelmed because of the morning rush, I’ve never had a bad experience with them. It’s mine and my fiancé’s favorite place to hang out and play Uno. We definitely buy way too many snacks while there.

Food and drinks are decent, but this is one of the slowest drive thrus on gods green earth, so set aside a good 20min minimum.
