Waited 10 minutes for one drink . 5 of those minutes were spent at the window. Not like it was a long line. Paid for my drink but ended up just leaving. People working there were just standing around. I don’t mind waiting but it was for one simple drink. Seemed unreasonable.

I was trying to find a restroom and no gas stations nearby would allow public use. The staff was so friendly and I have never been here before. Great coffee and saved my travel day with a bathroom🙌 Thank yall

This location is separated from the rest of the Biggbys for me lol. This one feels like a standalone local coffee shop. I love everyone who works here, I love their coffee everytime, and they always remember my boyfriend's food order.

FORCED TO TIP: Went through the drive thru and was asked if I would like to leave a tip. I kindly declined and Victoria was very pushy and forced me to tip. Was never handed the key pad so I did not even get the option of choosing myself

Guys, this lace is so awesome! I always come here when I’m traveling from out of town. I always get the same items. It has been a couple of years and I totally forgot my favorite drink. I was helped by the lovely ladies up front and Amanda was super helpful t get it right!

The girl taking the order is not bad. She actually asks if we have a card which most branches don’t. The girl that serves the coffee needs to learn manners ! If someone says thank you ! You say YOURE WELCOME !! it’s that simple ! Customer service 101 dude. Get with it. She literally looks me dead in my eyes as I say thank you and says absolutely nothing back 👎🏾

My older son and I stopped to use a BOGO offer before it expired. This was my first time at the Redbank location and it was nice inside. The staff were friendly and did a good job making our coffee. The drinks were wonderful and hit the spot. I recommend this location!

So so bad. Ordered doordash and they got my drink wrong. Was supposed to be iced not hot, they only filled it 3/4 of the way, and it tasted like bananas when I got matcha. So disappointed.

Do not come here if you are lactose intolerant or vegan unless you are watching the barista make your drink. They don’t always put the correct milk in the drinks. Has happened to me and multiple others I know. Also check your food before you leave as I have gotten to work and realized the middle of my sandwich was frozen.
