Literally the worst bigby I’ve been to. I’ve been to 7 different locations and they always hit. For some reason this place always sucks. Long wait time, cold food, wrong drinks, etc. get it together people.

I will explain the situation. I placed an order through the Instacart app from Kroger. I live 3 minutes away from this store, and I mistakenly entered the wrong number in my address, so the order was delivered to "Biggby Coffee." It only took me 30 minutes to get there (I arrived at the location at 9:15 AM), and when I arrived, the first thing one of the employees said was that "they hadn’t received anything," so I showed her a photo. She then told me that "I needed to speak to my manager because some items had been eaten and used." We were made to wait another 30 minutes (in the -15°F cold), and they told us they had opened the coffee, the toothpaste, ate 5 bananas, and the mozzarella cheese. This is THEFT. They need to teach these young women that they shouldn’t open packages that don’t belong to them. It is ILLEGAL! I would like to be contacted, as I asked for the employees' names, and they were very rude and refused to give them to me. They ignored me and turned their backs on me, never even apologizing. I want to speak to a manager

Biggby has this one mocktail that is delicious & I love it but every time I go thru this driveway, they always mess it up & it never tastes right. Plus they always want a tip for the drive thru 😒
This location is incredibly poorly thought out and creates huge congestion on the surrounding roads. It's way too busy for the size and staff. It took 25 minutes to get my food, and it wasn't even the right food. Because it is only a (way too busy) drive-thru there is no convenient way to correct the mistake. So now I'm out $14 and I'm still hungry. None of this is the fault of the staff; they were great. It all comes down to the poor location planning

I've tried to give this Biggby multiple chances but everytime I've gone the employees are always unprofessional and rude. I've also never been to a Biggby that doesn't put the cream cheese on the bagel, I got my drink in a reasonable amount of time but waited over 10 minutes just for a bagel with a tiny container of cream cheese on the side
