I did not like the fact I was waiting in the line for 25 minutes today! It was absolutely ridiculous. I also think it is very rude that they ask do we want to leave a tip. I am not being waited on or sitting in a restaurant there is no reason to leave a tip. It is a pressured question at the time of pay. I will not be returning here.

Some consistency would be nice - I order the same thing every time and half the time the bagel looks double toasted and I have enough butter for 8 bagels, and other times it looks like it was barely toasted and I don’t have enough butter for one bagel.

Just learned about this franchise. The coffee varieties are awesome. Still trying to figure out which I like best. The food is good too. The egg bites taste nothing like Starbucks though but overall pretty good food items.
