We rented the space for a book signing after hours. The owner and staff were not only professional but went above and beyond to help us setup and cleanup. The vibe was perfect and all over our guests raved about it. The ambiance was beautiful. It couldn’t have gone better!

I live on the same block as Black coffee & can confidently say it’s one of the best coffee shops in Cincinnati! Great music, tasty coffee, cheap, and super friendly staff. The barista remembered my name after only being in there a handful of times and always strikes up a conversation. I love working from Black Coffee!
Got a latte and veggie quiche which was one of the best quiche I’ve had! Great service as well!

Loved the atmosphere but didn’t care for the service. My latte was good but if I order a pastry with my latte I expect to receive both items together if not shortly after I receive the first one. Not wait 30 min and 6/7 customers later to get a toasted croissant. The cashier didn’t seem like he cared if I got my croissant or not and unapologetically gave me a refund( never got the croissant). Im not sure if it’s because I didn’t leave a tip on my CC but I tip after I receive my full service and I didn’t receive that so I wasn’t able to do so.
