The coffee shop is inside the city hall building; there's a little countertop where you order and then a comfortable sitting room adjacent. Very simple. Friendly service, & I enjoyed the coffee. Wish the cinnamon bun had been heated, it was a little dry. Overall, it does the trick in a pinch!
