the restaurant was very slow when we wnt. the district manager said they were going to seat us, we waited 5 minutes. then we waited 27 minutes gor our food. the waitress was very slow and didnt check on us much. the district manager was the winner of the day for killing everyones vibe. they were screaming at people and threw something on yhe floor. it was so loud and older person jumped and yelled. this place is trash. and when i tried to talk about getting our money back i got screamed at was told to leave and never come back

Food was FULL of grease, and tomatos on my daughterburrito were frozen, server treated us like we were a bother... I'm not young, but I guess we weren't old enough for her... the Server with the Tattoos was awesome, she seemed nice and full of energy, wish we would have had her!

It's a usual stop for us, for breakfast before heading to a local gun show, although we arrived later than usual, and it was a long wait, the food and service made up for the wait, I ordered breakfast, my buddy ordered lunch, we both left full and happy.

It shouldn't take 30 to 39 minutes to make a grilled chicken salad. The people are nice but the kitchen is extremely slow. Paint dries faster, really. When we finally received the food it was what you expect from the house of Bob. The server was friendly and genuinely kind, keeping my soda filled. Service great, kitchen slow.

Had to wait to get seated
Restaurant was only 25 percent full, but everyone ignored us. Service was slow. Did not get a refill on coffee even though our waitress said she would get it. Manager was checking people out. I asked for a to go cup which I did get but it was cold. Not good.

Server forgot half of everyone's meals. Soup was barely warm. Never checked back to refill drinks

Food was cooked perfectly. The server,
Nia, was very sweet and checked up on us multiple times. Made sure we always had coffee. Will definitely come back and ask for Nia again

I'm sure filling your cup of gravy only halfway is saving you a lot of money. But, you need to start thinking about the people who are now paying more money for it. And when someone makes a request to cook the home fries all the way (well done), well done, does NOT mean to pat yourselves on the back for doing a good job. It means please cook them all the way so I'm not crunching into raw potatoes. I am thoroughly disgusted at the quality and quantity of food for the price I paid for it. The ham was cold and dry. Potatoes not cooked. The gravy cup half full. Eggs were cold. But the biscuits were actually warm and tasty. Also when someone is given a specific time to pick their order up, IT SHOULD BE READY AT THAT SPECIFIC TIME!

Food and service nothing spectacular. That said you go here for comfort food and service, which they hit on the nose.
