Total disaster in service in a nearly empty restaurant. Looking around at the staff it was clear that they could care less. When they tried to correct the order they screwed up, they brought the wrong sandwich for the second time in a row. As we were leaving we wanted banana bread to go but the loaf they had on display was covered in mold. Terrible image for Bob Evan’s.

They don’t seen to care about curbside or doordash orders… me and my co worker ordered bob evan’s almost every Saturday at work mostly curbside … Started with missing little things like missing whip cream/ toppings, silverware then forgot 2 orders of sausage gravy which we talked to a male manager and he did give us blueberry bread and she did have to drive back from our office to pick up the gravy after already waiting for the curbside order …so we stopped ordering for a while, Now today 7/5 my co -worker got burnt toast i mean all 4 pieces she bit around the burnt toast but like whoever packed this knew it was burned and should have not been given to any customer once again we will stop ordering here.

This place was such a disappointment my food was not that good at all I got French toast hash browns and chicken sausage. THE KEPT FORGETTING everything that qas order had to get new meals. The standard was not high for greasy a lot of extra oil soaked in my hash browns.

It is pretty noisy here if you go on holidays or on busy week days so if you have an infant it’s probably not a great idea to take them here. (I did it and had to leave) The workers sometimes take a while to make the food but it’s worth it, their food is pretty decent. The sunny side up eggs, mmmm! I had them made perfectly when I visited on Memorial Day. Even though I had to eat them at home because of my infant it was still amazing. It is such a friendly atmosphere but I did have a blonde waitress that was really dismissive and wasn’t kind or warm, she was actually kind of rude and she had a judgy face. She looked at me like I was doing something wrong. So technically I dined in and took out.

Went there this morning, service was horrible- she was rude and only checked up on a party of 4 only once. Forgot simple side dishes, never an apology and blamed the cooks when she never rung it up from the beginning. never come to this one- definitely the one near west chester is way better.

Walked in smelled like sewage backup. Straight diarrhea smell. Stood for 5 min never even greated. 2 cars in parking lot. Never seen any workers. Started to walk out heard can I help you turned around seen nobody . So left.
My wife wanted to come here dinner so we went In the lady that took us to are seats was very rude and she waited on us very rude and not very nice I wanted to talk to the manager come to find out she was the manager I work in management and if my workers acted and talked like that to people they would not have a job anymore then another worker almost the hole time we where there standing against the wall on her phone the hole time she should have been waiting in people the manager need to do better telling that worker to do stuff not be on her phone the food was gross I took two bits I could not eat more without getting sick we like bob evens never been to this one we're Here on vacation and it was a waste of money the manager needs training In Customer service or needs a job not working and dealing with people management do better in the future we come here again on vacation we will not eat here again

I loved the big stacker that I had. The peppered molasses syrup was delicious. My fiancé had the steak tip omelette and she was pleased. The service was wonderful.
