I loved the big stacker that I had. The peppered molasses syrup was delicious. My fiancé had the steak tip omelette and she was pleased. The service was wonderful.

Maybe it took me a bit longer to leave this review than it should have, but I must, I was more than satisfied with my take out meal. Not only was the meal excellent but also the assistance from and attention bestowed upon me from, I believe her name is Sabrina. Such a pleasant young lady. You should be proud to have her in your employment. My next time through Cincinnati, I will be getting my meal from here.

My daughter and I came in at 8pm an hour B4 they closed. We were the only ones n the entire restaurant. N it took us almost 25mins 2 get our food. When they brought it out my chicken looked nasty the only thing that looked half way decent was my broccoli. I had 2 go up and ask 4 my daughters side of ranch and a refill on her drink. And I asked 4 a cherry Pepsi bcuz I had gotten a hot apple cider, and they got my daughters n didn't ever bring mine. She didn't ask if our food was good or if everything was alright. They were more worried about closing then the service they gave 2 us. I can't believe how bad the service was. Won't b coming back here again

Food was okay, staff seemed more concerned with talking amongst themselves rather than attending to the customers.

As someone from out of town, waking up in an unfamiliar city can be stressful enough. I sought comfort in the familiar surroundings of Bob Evans, hoping for a warm breakfast to start my day. I ordered the Everything Breakfast with extra sauce and was looking forward to the biscuit that was part of the meal.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from comforting. To my dismay, there was no biscuit served with my meal, and the extra sauce I requested was nonexistent. In fact, I got no sauce at all! My food arrived ice cold, which was a letdown, especially since I was craving a hearty breakfast.

To top it off, my coffee was served without even asking if I wanted cream or sugar. It felt like there was a lack of effort from the staff, and I left feeling more frustrated than satisfied. I hope this location can improve because I was really looking forward to a comforting meal.

The food was okay, the service was not the best, and the overall experience has not kept up with the price increases.

I looked forward to eating the seasonal pumpkin bread with my meal but was told they only sold it by the loaf.
