Our server name was karen (it fits) and we had to ASK for her to get us drinks as she was trying to rush us to order food. Then when food came we didn't have silver Ware and had to ASK FOR IT like huh? Will NEVER return to this location. We got our food to go and left.

I come in often in the morning times. Kristi is the best server we've ever had, and we always choose Bob Evans over any meal. The General Manager Heather cooks alot in the mornings, and she always cooks the food with love. Usually Heather comes out and checks on everyone, refills coffees, and lends a helping hand wherever, and they are always so friendly and accommodating to me I am older with special needs. Kudos to this group of employees at this store, they definitely deserve a patriot on the back for all they do. This is the best location I've been to, and I have been a patron of Bob Evans for more than 40 years.

Miss Peggy is wonderful and so is Miranda they both go above and beyond to do anything they can for you. Greg one of the nighttime managers really excels at making sure you feel like family and that you’re wanted there. Food is always good and hot made to order.
