Not happy at all! Ordered the 74.99 breakfast for family. They put good pancakes on top of BURNT pancakes, had to go back in to ask for butter and syrup, the scrambled eggs were tough. Wasn’t able to get the 15% discount that was offered either!

We ordered a two person turkey dinner for pickup with all the fixings around 3pm on Sunday Nov 30. 2025, at the Eastgate Bob Evans in Cincinnai, Ohio. Everything was cooked as expected, but the gravy, sruffing and mashed potatoes were extremely over salted. The cook(s) should be notified.

Just left Bob Evans. Had very poor service. Server never refilled my coffee. Never once came back to ask if everything was OK. She was nowhere to be found. Finally she came out of the back. I had to go up to the front to her & ask for my bill. Perhaps she is sick because she kept sniffing the whole time she took my order.

Surreal. Waitress swiped my wife's plate while she was half done eating and we were talking. Dirty and sticky place: seating area, menus, bathroom. Small portions.

Nothing really sounded good tonight so I threw out some Eastgate suggestions and Bob Evans won the coin toss. It was really a toss up to pick one of our old favorites so i opted for the Fish , cole slaw and mashed potatoes with brown gravy and Mrs. got Farmhouse Favorite with scrambled eggs bacon and pancakes. Oh and the e split a side salad with colonial dressing that was left on the order from a previous order change . My fish was hot, fresh and good however it came on the plate with the brown gravy so did get a little soggy but not enough to return. Nice little bonus it came with 2 onion rings which were quite tasty! Coke slaw has a nice zing and the salad was super fresh! Not a fan of the dill (?) tartar sauce and would've got cocktail sauce or vinegar instead but opted for ketchup since i already had it on my plate. (Don't be a hater . It's not really that bad on it.) Mrs eggs were cooked just right and the bacon looked great but had an aftertaste so we didn't eat it at all and should have sent it back and got sausage links instead! Pancakes were spot on . Really good besides just a few little things

It was our first visit to a Bob Evans. The restaurant is very homey and the menu has some great items. We were there for dinner, but decided to have breakfast items. The food was good and there was plenty of it, and the prices were good as well. The food was not outstanding, but very good. The waitress was very friendly, but it took a while for our food to come out, even though the restaurant was not full. I would go again.

So Disappointed was in eastgate bob evans today around 2:30. My grandson wanted a vug order of Mac and cheese and a chicken strip. The Mac and cheese was so tiny on the plate it was maybe 5 bites. Got the bill and waitress charged me for a kids Mac and cheese and a kids chicken strip meal WHAT 5.99 each and there was nothing there. I got the bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce. It came with lettuce and the bun was so hard I had to remove it. We don't go out to eat much with being a single parent. This was a treat for us and it was awful. Ill never go back. Who can afford that, not wasting my money again.
Just got hip replacement, needed an omelette real bad, this one has always been good, we go off hours

A wonderful place. Visiting my friends after service was thoroughly enjoyed in the location. Our waitress was more than kind, patient and attentive with us. ( just to get our order) Everything we ordered we were very pleased with pot roast, fire chicken salad and chicken tenders with macaron cheese. Jodi(?sp?) is the Best! We packed our leftovers and she was thoughtful to bag and fold neatly to complete our experience. Top notch warm customer service ( care).We will be back!!!
