Ordered beef tip dinner. Onions were ice cold on bottom with frost. Drinks were refilled once and checked on 1 time for service.. Server forgot my banana bread and was not on top of it she needs more training

Ordered the double cheese pot roast sandwich. It took almost an hour to get it. Then after eating half the sandwich and picking up 2nd half found a piece of bacon which I’m allergic to and the sandwich is NOT supposed to have bacon it. Do better Bob’’s!! If that’s how they treat family……I will pass!

Went for breakfast yesterday and from the start it was a bad experience, took about 20 minutes for our server to take our drink order then we ordered our food it took at least 40 minutes to receive it and it was not good,biscuits were hard as rocks and the gravy was cold..we asked to see a manager and one never came so we paid and left..very bad experience..do better!

We went in on a Tuesday night. It was not particularly busy. We were greeted and sat almost immediately. It was a few minutes but not too long before our server came and got drinks. We ordered soon after. It was probably over 30 minutes before our server came back to let us know our food was still being made. Then she accidentally grabbed the wrong food. We ended up taking most of it to go because we were trying to not be there all night. And then when we paid, it was kids eat free and the cashier told us it was only one kids meal even though the menu clearly states one per adult meal. Thankfully they both came off so not big deal. Would not recommend this location.
