Being going here every Sunday before church since this location opened for over 20 years ago. Bob Evans is Bob Evans. Old School family restaurant. They do have brunch alcohol now. Update: Things have changed at Bob Evans. They've changed the home fries to the point that they are unrecognizable and not good. Most weeks the bacon tastes reheated. The toast is so incredibly inconsistent. Of the two pieces, one can be floppy while the other is like a crouton. Sometikes the food is steaming hot, but more often than not it borders on cold. The service is always great and fast. I'm not sure why to food temperatureis so inconsistent. The music is always too loud as if to discourage hanging around too long. I estimate we've been to this location well over 1250 times. Three weeks ago we branched out and tried something new. I'm not sure we'll be back to Bob's which is a shame.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible with handicap stops in front.

We dined in and placed another order to go. The waitress was very nice however the to go order was incorrect. The burger was missing sauce, & onions. The bag did not include the side salad but it was on the receipt/charge. When we asked at the counter to get the side salad the manager was rude and condescending. He spoke down to my mother in a misogynistic tone like she didn’t understand and he was annoyed that she was there. Waited for the side salad to come out but it never did and the manager dismissed us saying he had resolved it even though we never actually received the salad.

Ultimately this should’ve been a simple fix but the managers rude and misogynistic attitude was just not acceptable.

Carry out order this morning messed up the everything bowl. It was missing tomato, green onion and hollandaise sauce. Also, the biscuits were not the normal ones they have, but rather lower quality.

The food is surprisingly good. It's comfort food and not good for you at all, but very tasty. It's also pretty inexpensive. I wouldn't recommend eating here often, but between the genuinely friendly wait staff and the tasty food, it's worth the occasional splurge.

Order 2 bacon cheeseburgers and carrots delivered. The juice from the carrots soaked the burger bun had to throw away. I would think it would be common sense that the carrots should be in its own container guess not. I'm so glad I wasted $50 so disappointed first time trying this location. We will not order from there again. The team was good that's it

We got 2 pc Country Fried Steak Dinner and the carrots shouldn't even have been served. They were shriveled up brown mushy and had a terrible rotten taste.
The white gravy had a funny taste like it was sitting since breakfast .
I expected better quality.
This is our only affordable family non fast food restaurant since frischs is closing .
Please don't let the quality and bad judgment on employees close this location down.

The turkey wasn't so great either, barely 1.5 pieces on dinner bell plate, tiny scoop of stuffing, runny mashed potatoes .

Had a great breakfast experience with the family. Hostess was not great, but the service and the food were great. The only place that makes me consider not having dinner out so I can have breakfast instead.

Stopped in for lunch at 2:20 today. There was one person and a couple in line in front of us. All 5 of us waited 8-10 minutes before the manager came over. Then she said it would be a 20-30 minute wait because there was only one server. There were only 4-5 tables with customers. We all left. It is a shame this location is managed so poorly. We went to Cheviot Frisch's and we were finished eating by 3 o'clock and they truly appreciated us stopping in.
