Just stood for 10 minutes waiting to be seated while the workers looked at me like deer caught in headlights. No one spoke or acknowledged me. Not overly crowded or anything. As I left out another patron said they encountered the same thing. Difference is, I did not stay

This was my first time at a Bob Evans, I guess they are big around Ohio (just moved here from CA) and it was delicious! Very laid back atmosphere, comfortable, our waitress was great, menu was awesome. I ordered the caramel coffee and it was SOOOO good!! Highly recommend!

We order 61.00 dollars worth of food for to be picked up at curbside it was done at 8.01 and they never freaking brought it out to us so my boyfriend goes in the restaurant was empty nobody in there freaking eatting and the guy say oh I forgot bout yous

I go in Friday to pick up my order for 2 🥧 pies, that I ordered and paid for online on Wednesday, and I received a message at 6am Friday reminding me that I have a pick up order today. The girl was acting so distraught and said 3x the order just pop up 4 mins ago in their system, she was implying I just placed it- so I showed the other girl my email where I placed it 2 days ago and received a message reminding me to be there at 11am and the girl goes that's weird! So 30 minutes later I received my 2 pies!
We waited over an hour for a table when the restaurant was open they wouldn't pull 2 tables together and made us wait for the 1 larger table. There was several tables open but claimed they couldn't pull them together. The manager said we would have to wait for the 1 large table. A few more parties came in and then all of a sudden they could but 3 tables together
