Waited to be seated for about 10 minutes, the first server told me someone should be over in a minute only for no one to come and be ignored the remainder of my time there. Restaurant was not busy either. I have had horrible service at this location in the past too with a waitress disappearing for an hour and had to ask someone where our waitress went. Maybe it’s my fault for giving this location another shot
Take out. This meal was horrible you forgot all the cheese had 2 on request. had 1 pc of spinich the onion was a few very large pieces. You for got the banana bread

My family usually goes every Saturday morning and our waitress is great! We usually have 5 to 7 people with us and our waitress remembers everyone's order. Plus my father and I are usually there before the rest of the family and the waitress already has our drinks made before we even sit down which is nice.

Came in for morning breakfast. Waiter seated us, sat down looked over menu waiter came over got are drinks and never returned. Another waiter noticed us waiting as are waiter continued to walk past us, mind you restaurant was slow bairly anyone in. Took are order from other waiter. Food was fresh other than that service definitely trash. Except the waiter who went out of her way to help us..

I can say I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to this location today. My past experiences with Bob Evans had left me with low expectations. The benefit of low expectations is that I'm easily impressed with any type of good service.
We were third in queue for a table when we arrived, all three parties were seated immediately. The only wait time was for the hostess to make her way to the host stand. A+
Though we did have to wait a few extra moments to be greeted by our server, the wait proved to be worth it. Lyesa (Hopefully spelling that correctly) was so friendly and accomodating. She was patient with my complicated order and even took time to make light conversation with us between guests. She was intuitive of our needs for anything from napkins to refills - before we even had to ask!
The food was so-so. My pancakes were on the dry side and there was no butter served with them. But to my main focus for the extra stars.. my eggs. I order over medium eggs everywhere for breakfast. You can tell when there is an "egg cook" in the back and not just a line cook.
Whoever made my eggs Friday morning needs a raise. They were perfect over medium eggs. I can't find that anywhere from Wild Eggs to Cracker Barrel. I don't give that accolade to the company, I give that directly to the cook on the line that day, who clearly takes pride in their work.
Place was moderately clean. A few spaces could have been spot swept, but the overall atmosphere was clean and kempt.
Excited to say I look forward to visiting this location again.

Came to eat breakfast, went to the restroom to wash my hands and a young employee comes out the stall and walks straight out the door to the kitchen, no hand wash at all. I left immediately. Young guy with a beanie on. I'll never go there again and I'm contacting the Hamilton county health department. Happened at 11:17 am
Breakfast on a Saturday never again. It took a hour and 7 minutes to get a hot breakfast served cold. We ordered food at 10:39am . We received the food at 11:46 am. It took another 10 minutes before the person came back to our table ,for me to say" this food is served cold after a long wait". I asked for it to be heated. This is when the slight attitude came from the server. My patience was starting to wear thin.I decided to just pack up and leave.I had to get up and ask for a box. We had to flag the server down for the bill. Believe it or not it was a serious line to pay for the food.While waiting I was able to do this review. I'm done with this location and the restaurant.

We usually go to the Bob Evans in Mason since it's close to our home. We quit going to Bob Evans BECAUSE the service in Mason is terrible. We tried the Kenwood location and were pleasantly surprised! Everyone was engaging and friendly and the food was good. The manager made a point to acknowledge us when we walked in, something that RARELY happens in Mason. We will be back SOLELY because of our experience here!
