Their consultant was able to guide us to finding our perfect cake flavors and decorations, it turned out phenomenal and people at our wedding raved about it. All their baked goods are delicious, and I cannot recommend them enough.

We had an incredible experience at afternoon tea. Reservations were simple to make. The bakery is very quaint and unique. Our server was knowledgeable and kind. The English breakfast tea and peppermint tea were incredible quality. The three tiered tray was MIND BLOWING! Every. Single. Item. was mind blowing. We are huge foodies and had zero complaints! The portions were perfect. We left feeling full (and even took a few things home, that we couldn’t finish). As far as the reviews claiming that the price is too steep for what you get, I respectfully disagree. Each item is clearly made from scratch, the quality is impressive, and the service is wonderful. Thank you for such a great experience! A little piece of London in Cincinnati!

Overpriced. Better, but not enough to justify the higher price from what I get from Kroger. Artistically meh (some cupcakes and others look as if they were made by kids in a home economics class). Benefits greatly from there not being any serious competition in the area as Cincinnati is severely lacking in decent patisseries and people who have truly studied the craft. Carrot cake is ok. Parking is often a pain.
