I am typically satisfied with my experience here but during a recent visit, I purchased a quiche du jour and was casually asked if I wanted fruit or chips on the side. Unbeknownst to me, a side of fruit was $7 more on the bill for a quiche that was listed as $8.

Best customer service in the bakery! Came in for a cake I've never tasted and she gave me sample first! The cake is delicious by the way!

We got our very first birthday cake today and even though it was the size of a salad plate for $34 we were so so excited!! My husband ordered and paid over the phone for a Strawberry Torte. I went to pick it up and bought $23 more of yumminess. The cake part of the torte was so dry and old tasting. I literally could not believe it. The lemonade cookies were great but the slice of champagne cake I got was also stale. Part of me was excited that our go to Walmart buttercream cake and Sam’s Club cookie cake were so much better and much more affordable. We will stick with those from now on. Higher cost doesn’t always equate to better quality.

Nice ambience and staff. Such a cute place to have an event.Parking: We got a spot right up front but that was because of timing. Probably depends on your day and time. It's paid street parking.

The pastries are always Delicious - But. No only did I almost fall down the inside step into the restaurant proper, but I saw 3 other people do so in less than 30 minutes! We stood around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to seat us -- they hadn't even acknowledged that we were there. Then we were seated at 1 of 2 tables right near the loo, the ice maker, and the utility closet. No one came to take our order. 10 minutes later, I started to go to try to get a wait staff when one appeared at the other table. She said, "Oh, no one told me you'd been seated here"!! Food was okay but I've had better tomato basil soup. Then we waited at Over 10 minutes for our check. We even asked someone who came to the utility closet to get our check. When the wait staff did appear, she apologized and said she's been on the phone with a "chatty customer" for over 10 minutes. This experience was awful. Go to pick up pastries but will Never eat there again or encourage anyone else to do so.

I really enjoy going to the bonbonerie for lunch, and have even hosted a baby shower in their private room. Don't bother to ask how many times I've stopped in to pick up pastries and cakes. The food is always delicious, I absolutely can't leave without the carrot cake. As of right now, there doesn't appear to be enough people working the tables, and in terms of atmosphere, it's super cute, but loud. The walls also need a wipe down, where we were seated, we noticed splashed tea or coffee all down the wall.

Macaroons with apricot tea were great. Their hot chocolate is wonderful. They have options besides dairy.

Terrible. Very, very terrible. The most anemic sad looking Afternoon Tea I've ever had. For two adults they provided the most ridiculously small tea sandwiches, stale scones, a sliver of inedible quiche, frozen pound cake, and cookies like rocks. Service was polite but understaffed- disappeared for long periods of time. We had to ask for milk and sugar... at an English Tea!! Don't bother, a truly laughable excuse for Afternoon Tea. Don't

Best coffee, food and service!! Love it, highly recommend! The Madison is a great sandwich, and the quiche is to die for! Must have desserts as well!!
