Number is disconnected. Think they are done? This is a cursed location apparently. Burgers were good, almost as good as at original location (but that was always better)

Fantastic place to buy food when in a rush. The customer service is fast, pricing is fair, good ambience. Highly recommended

Great atmosphere, clean building, friendly staff. Had the Fatty Patty, was a great sandwich and I got full off of half the burger! For the price you get a great meal!

We ordered four burgers. One of them had a long hair in it. The staff didn't seem too concerned about it. The staff was more interested in the iPhone photoshoot they were having than taking care of the customers. As far as the service, I had an empty water glass sitting in front of me for half my meal. The food without hair was good.

There are a lot of burger joints in Cincy, but this may be the only one that can successfully cook you a rare or medium rare burger. The meat is grass-fed, which is what brings us to this place even though it's a bit out of our way. There are a lot of topping combinations to choose from, but I typically go for the Alpine, with mushrooms, onions, and Swiss (add bacon for a little extra $). It is delicious and hits the spot when I absolutely need red meat in my diet once a month or so. The fries are good, not great, but the Parmesan is a nice touch. My boyfriend loves the chili, but they frequently run out. They have a nice beer list, and you can do a flight (their choice). The service is a bit uneven, but they are prepared to quickly fix any mistakes with the orders. Other weird things: they've have had a "Just Opened" banner above their front door for about a year and a half, and no one greets you when you walk in, even the bartender who looks up from wiping the glassware and then back down again. One doesn't feel like this is the smoothest, most confident operation, but the product is good and the people are nice.

Food is very good. High quality burgers. Biggest complaint is operationally they aren't great. Service is lacking both at the restaurant and for carry out. Called to place a carry out order and server was very short, rude and kept cutting me off. Wasn't a pleasant experience. Wish the quality of service matched the quality of food.

Delicious! Fresh Juicy burgers, well seasoned and great fries with housemade ketchup!

Bone's Burgers might actually be my favorite burger place in Cincinnati. They are always so friendly and the food they serve is always great, never disappointing. Additionally, I'm not a huge sweet potato fry person, but these are amazing - especially with their homemade ketchup and ranch. It is a little more expensive, but the burgers are grass fed and are worth it!

We went to Zip's Burgers and the wait was ridiculous (as usual) but we were all in the mood for burgers so we tried this place. Burgers were made to order and excellent. They give you a bijillion fries so stick with one order. The hidden little secret is their chicken chili. Fantastic. My only complaint is that the restaurant itself was freezing. Bring a sweater. Wait staff was very attentive!

Regular burgers & veggie burgers are awesome! Great beer selection as well. Something on the menu for everyone in the family.

So good, was craving a burger and was happy to see they had an amazing gluten free option. The turkey burger was 100. I look forward to trying the other options and flavors. Also the lunch deal

We were so disappointed. The burgers are sort of small and just ok. They advertise fresh cut fries, but as soon as I saw them I knew they were frozen. When I asked the server about it she said they couldn't get fresh potatoes anymore, so they buy the highest quality frozen fries they can get. I was unaware there was a fresh potato shortage in Oakley. They should just shop at Kroger. They always have potatoes or stop advertising what they don't have. UPDATE: I recently had the opportunity to visit Bones' Burgers for the second time, but before I begin my review I need to apologize to Bones and all of you. When I posted my review regarding the fresh cut french fries I was reading outdated restaurant information. So, I AM SORRY BONES' BURGERS!!!!!!! Now. Back to my review. This time, I ordered the Aloha Burger. I had them switch the smoked cheddar cheese for regular cheddar since I'm not a fan of smoked cheese of any kind. I must say. I know it's supposed to be all about the burger which was good, but the fresh grilled pineapple stole the show. I have never had pineapple on a burger until then. It was so good. The spicy BBQ sauce was very good too. I will admit I chose not to have the fries and opted for a side salad with their house made balsamic. Balsamic dressing gets A++. I wanted to order the fries. I did! I just couldn't do it. I am apparently harboring some sort of subconscious resentment over those "no longer fresh cut" french fries. I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY WANTED THOSE!!!
