This has been my favorite bakery up until today... Horrible! Don't go here for birthday cakes!! Waste of money! I ordered my birthday cake from them. They messed it up big time. They gave me what they wanted to give me and the cake tasted very old and dry. I called and when I spoke to a manager she was completely rude and disrespectful. She told me she saw the cake and she stood by her staff. I told her if she saw it then she would have noticed that they put the wrong colors and messed up the writing on it. What I asked for I didn't get so what's the point of placing an order? I am just extremely disappointed that they couldn't have communicated with me and things could have been better. They need to work on their baking, decorating skills, and customer service because I would never be that nasty to a customer. They have fallen off big time which is sad to witness. They have lost me as a customer. I would have never spoken to anyone the way she just spoke to me. I didn't even get an apology about my cake being ruined. I got rushed off the phone like I was bothering her and I was in the wrong. Extremely poor customer service!
