Very disappointed with today's visit! I wish I would have taken a picture before I took the wings back. They looked like old chicken. They were brown and discolored and made me sick to my stomach looking at them. The man stated he had just bought the wings today, but I wasn't satisfied with that answer. I've never had bad looking wings from Boswell and I'm so upset they played me like this today. The wings barely had any sauce on them, I asked for 45 wings (25 mild, 10 plain with chili sauce on the side, and 10 BBQ). I received less wings than I asked for (3 were missing from the plain and 2 were missing from the mild. I ended up getting a refund. He didn't offer to remake them or anything. You could tell he was disgusted with my reaction to the wings but I was disgusted that they would even serve me wings like that. It looked like they were giving them away to a homeless person! I refused to serve them to my kids. I may never be back there with that kind of service. I'm so disappointed.

Used to eat at Boswell's - often - about 7/8 years ago. The food was great, then. Went about 3 weeks ago & very disappointed from the start. The description reads about burgers & steaks - they only had a few burgers to choose from, no steaks. Food was okay - definitely not the quality that reflects their pricing. Service was horrendous and the inside had not been updated or cleaned since we last had been years ago.

I ordered a cranberry juice with Sprite and it never came and then when they brought our onion rings they were stone cold. I told the waitress just forget it with the cranberry and sprite I’ll just stick with the water. She didn’t say a thing

Went here for lunch wanting to love it but the Chilli was thick and almost burned, definitely not fresh. My friend's burger was small and didn't even cover the bun. Needs a face-lift. Nothing fancy, but a refresh.
Good food and friendly service. The place does not have AC and the patio is extremely crowded. Live music on weekends.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible. Steep stairs to get in and the patio is not wheelchair accessible.

Under new management - food is amazing. Had a Bos Topped Salad - homemade ranch dressing was the perfect amount of cream and flavor - every bite with grilled free range chicken, fresh tomatoes, egg, shaved cheddar cheese and spring blend lettuce was good to the last bite. Also had the pizza of the week and pizza crust was really good with very fresh toppings. Highly recommend! Outside seating is fun!

The onion rings were a big clump of batter , little or no onion . The chicken sandwich was a mess . The piece of chicken was twice as big as the bun so eating as a sandwich was impossible . The service matched the quality of the food .
