Stopped by the market and picked up some mushroom fettuccine from Bouchard’s. I’ve never tried it before. It was amazing - so good highly recommend.
Bouchard bakery and pasta has made the first perfect tiramisu I’ve ever bought at a store. You can taste that they use real mascarpone in their zabaglione cream and they don’t leave the lady fingers dry, perfectly soaked and soft.
Usually I don’t like coconut flakes either but their coconut pound cake was impeccably moist and tender, it’s hard to find something that isn’t dry and crumbly but they knocked it out of the park with this. I ate it without even adding anything on top.
So, Amazing !! I took home the bake Meat Lasagna from the Freezer place in my over at 350 for 60min. So good, fresh ingredients, Very authentic!! A good variety of pastries and pies
Met Jenny owner, it was her 1st day for calzone (pep and cheese) took it to go. Great choice on our part. Did not reheat it for 2 days, but fresh out of the air fryer it was excellent. Had to cut it in half to fit our air fryer but it was great with a side of her pizza sauce to dip it in. PS the cookies and chess pie are also delicious. And I'm glad I'm not closer. She would have a repeat customer monthly if not weekly. Thanks Jenny you made our time in Cincinnati special and memorable.
The carrot cake is amazing!! Wish I would’ve bought more. The perfect blend of carrot, walnut and frosting 😋
Before we bought a peach cobbler we asked if they could heat it so we could have it hot. They answer yes so we purchased it. They popped it into the microwave for a few seconds and then gave it back. We tried it and it was still freezing cold, not even room temperature warm. So we went back to let them know and ask them to heat it again and they told us no because it's in plastic. It feels like they just said yes so that they'd make a sale and wish they'd have just been honest straight up that they can't/won't serve the desserts hot.
Visited this vendor this past Saturday. The banana pudding and carrot cake were delicious. Like many other posters have commented on here, the customer service is lacking. Three ladies behind the counter, one was completing a transaction as I walked up. The employee did not greet me and walked away. The other two employees just stood there and looked at me, again not greeting me. Finally the lady that was completing the previous transaction, asked me if I needed assistance. It definitely gave the vibe they did not want to be at work that day. Horrible customer service.
Extremely poor customer service. I asked for 6 small cannolis (which they hand fill at the time of order) and the short haired middle aged lady immediately rolled her eyes and went to go fill them. Like what even? Bakery items looked great but literally why be so rude to a customer.
They dont do “warm food” anymore. Big disappointment. I had questions and the 2 old looking white ladies didn’t want to be bothered by them.
Delicious homemade pasta, and my husband had an Italian panini he loved

I use to love this place I use to come here all the time in high school they always use to serve pasta , but it seems like lately they are never making hot pasta and the customer service seems very unfriendly at times . Very disappointing I miss how this place use too be
I came across this place from Google maps and decided to make a trip. Poor customer service. So I took my money elsewhere. Why would you just stand and look at shoppers who are trying to engage? And the woman claimed she knew nothing about the product I inquired about. Maybe I’ll try again when she isn’t at the counter. Because those baked goods looked scrumptious. Quality service first.
We stopped for fresh Anise pizelles made on Monday hat were very fresh on Thursday. What wonderful pastries that made our picnic.
