Amazing service, food, and bourbon. Spenser was the right kind of attentive and silent service and gave the best recos. We usually pace out our meals and he was totally respectful of that and timed everything well. Very shocked at the prices $7-9 one oz pours, $15 dishes, it everything was very delicious. Only complaint was the mac n chs, very decadent but they put raw saltines or ritz crackers on top. Would have been better with bread crumbs or slightly browned some other crispies or just nothing at all. Seemed like an afterthought that brought the dish down. Poutine with shortrib- amazing; dynamite shrimp sauce was more of a drizzle which made the focus on the delicious shrimp. I did in and out burger with mac, my partner did chicken taco with truffle fries. Truffle fries were like steak fries but thin, very interesting and tasty. I took home the Carmel waffle and it was also great. Highly recommend, hidden gem since it was pretty empty. There werent 100s of bourbons which surprised me but all the good ones you know are there and affordable.

I visited for lunch. I had the poutine fries and a bernie mac for lunch. It was amazing. Someone else in our group got the melt, and I can't wait to go back and try that. Friendly service, casual atmosphere. Great experience.

Bourbon Craft Kitchen offers a refreshing twist on the usual dining experience by blending rustic charm with an elevated take on comfort food. From the moment you step in, the ambiance balances warm wood tones with modern, industrial decor, creating an inviting yet sophisticated space. Their menu is a homage to classic Southern flavors, with innovative, small-batch bourbons and craft cocktails that shine as much as the food.

A standout dish is their bourbon-glazed pork belly, which melts in your mouth with just the right mix of sweetness and smokiness. Pair it with one of their seasonal bourbon flights for a journey through rich, nuanced flavors. The attention to detail is remarkable—every ingredient feels handpicked, and the presentation brings a sense of artistry to each plate.

Service is attentive without being intrusive, and the staff’s knowledge of the drink and food pairings is impressive. The whole experience at Bourbon Craft Kitchen is about savoring, whether it’s the carefully curated flavors or the cozy yet upscale vibe. It’s a spot that will linger in your memory long after the last sip of bourbon.

My chicken and waffles and my friend’s sweet potato fries were incredible (and paired perfectly together -think funnel cake). Our waiter, Spenser, gave the best suggestion of the truffle fries with the house ranch! I’m still thinking about the chicken potsticker appetizer…everything was excellent!

The food was fantastic, and I enjoyed the bourbon selection. The service was super slow and at some point they cranked up the music so loud you could barely hear the conversation at your table. With all that said, I'd still come back for the food. It's a fun spot.

Gorgeous bar with unique decore. I had the caeser salad, very flavorful with delicious croutons. Sat at the bar by myself, very nice bartender.

Dietary restrictions: The atmosphere, staff, meal, and drinks were amazing! Even more impressive was their availability of gluten-free options and their knowledge of Celiac Disease.

Highly recommended!!

We loved our first visit to Bourbon's. Had the Truffle Burger and it sure lived up to the hype. Outstanding! Drinks and dessert were also great. Service was perfect, and we loved the vibe inside. We didn't need a reservation on a Tuesday night with no show at the Aronoff, but it got decently full. We'll be back to try the other burgers and those tacos!

After a long day of traveling to attend a family wedding, my husband and I came here for dinner. The service was friendly and attentive, and the beverage selection was outstanding. We each ordered a burger and fries and everything tasted delicious. Dessert was the best part though - treat yourself to a waffle with their AMAZING salted caramel ice cream!
