Nicole gave great service! The sriracha blackened chicken salad was so fresh and yummy, and the pimento cheese smash burger with jalapenos was the best burger I've had in a while. Wish we lived closer!

A group of us went for lunch and they had no heat! Everyone has to wear their winter coats the entire time. Our server was very sweet and kept our drinks filled, but it took at lease 40 minutes to get our food and it was lukewarm by the time we got it.

The place was freezing! They knew they had heating issues and should have warned us prior to our arriving! As we fad a show to make we could not make alternate arrangements! Very disappointed as I don't like eating with a winter coat on!

My daughter and I both had very good food and our server was excellent. I arrived a little early and was seated immediately. Our server checked in with us to see how our food and was pleasant the entire time. My only objection was that it was very cold in the restaurant. I had my coat wrapped around me and two women at a table across from us wore their coats the entire time.

My mom and I came here before we went to go see Hell's Kitchen at the Aronoff. The food was AMAZING! I've eaten at BRU a few different times, but this time was soooo good!! Our waitress Morgan was so nice and super attentive! We definitely will be coming back again!

The food at Bru Buger was nice, well cooked burger and crispy fries. The major problem was the service. I dont blame our individual waitress but the scheduling. The restaurant was way too crowded for the kitchen to keep up. It took 30 minutes to have a glass of wine poured and over an hour from arrival to receiving any food and an extra 15 minutes for fries (the kitchen ran out of french fries in a burger centric restaurant). We had tickets for a show 1.5 hours after our reservation time, which we mentioned on the reservation and to our waitress on arrival. Our group stated that we would have to walk away without dinner to the host (our waitress was not on the floor) in order to make our curtain time. We only receive food after that. I would not recommend this place if you have any sort of schedule to keep. It's also not a place I would recommend to linger over drinks or desserts due to sound pollution. Pity, it's perfectly located for downtown theater.

We went before show at the Arnoff with a reservation. Themed drinks!! Ambiance and food were excellent. Server was lovely and made great recs. Be sure to make reservations as it does get packed before shows and they stick to the scheduled reservations as they should!!

Always have a good meal here! We get burgers and fries. Always taste good. Seasoned and the homemade ketchup is one of our favorites. Only downside is service is very hit or miss, we had to ask other servers for refills because we hadn't seen our server after eating most of our meal with empty 4 dollar drinks.

Our server was friendly and attentive. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the carnival style onion rings are amazing. Make sure you save room for dessert. We got the peach, white chocolate bread pudding, which was DELICIOUS!
