I got the turkey sandwich on a bagel. The turkey was horrible. And very small I received 2 pieces of what look like.Sarah lee prepackaged turkey. It was flat and water down. No taste The bacon was also very poor I will not be getting it again. Definitely over priced.

This place used to be so good. Myself and employees would go once to twice a week. The last 5 months the food has been inconsistent and less and less have been being put on the sandwiches. When made right I think this place is amazing.

I received a sandwich that was luke warm. I asked for it to be warmed up again. The “hot” coffee was also just Luke warm. My two children ordered iced tea that was sour. It had sat out too long. Very bad experience. The bathroom was dirty and did not have towels to dry my hands.

First time here. Thought I would stop in to kill some time and get lunch. Ordered the veggie bagel and a coffee. The lady who took my order was very nice and pleasant, and handed me my coffee cup.
They had 3 coffee carafes with 3 types of coffee. House, Hazelnut, and Dark Roast. I tried to get the house coffee because I like a lighter roast, but it was empty and dispensed a few drops of coffee and some grounds into my cup. There was no place to rinse my cup so I had to go to the bathroom to rinse my coffee cup. So I'll try the hazelnut. Same thing. Empty. Grounds. Bathroom. Rinse. So I'll get the Dark Roast, I guess. Not a fan but at least they had it and it was hot. I noticed grounds in that too.
I get my bagel sandwich and sit down. It's missing the lettuce. I go back up to the counter and politely say "excuse me, I believe this is supposed to have lettuce on it, please" and the girl stares at me blankly, puts down her phone that she was scrolling through as if I was inconveniencing her, takes my sandwich, puts gloves on, puts on one thin strip of lettuce, wraps it back up and gives it back to me without saying a single word. I smiled and politely said "thank you!" She may not have intended this, but I did perceive this behavior to be quite rude as if I was inconveniencing her somehow for asking for the lettuce my sandwich was suppose to come with. That was not enough lettuce, by the way, and the bagel was cold and tough.
Later, the girl who "fixed" my sandwich comes out with another carafe of house blend. "Oh good," I thought, "fresh coffee." So I dump the dark roast with the grounds in it in the bathroom and go to get a fresh cup. Nope. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was room temperature and dispensed more grounds into my cup, it also tasted exactly the same as the dark roast. Bathroom. Rinse. So I guess I'll get a room temperature unsweet tea in my coffee cup before I leave. I'm in a comedy movie, and the movie is called "My Life" by M Night Shyamalan.
