I hadn't been here in a while, but I do really like the sandwiches. I switched it up and tried the brisket, I expected sliced meat but it was similar to bbq shredded. It wasn't awful but it was salty. I would opt for something else next time. Staff is great,

Was craving a breakfast bagel remembered this place. Customer service wasn't memorable. The vibe was okay...didn't take long at all. Run from the hash brown. Worst hash brown I've ever had.

Fast, Reliable service! I recommend the Smokehouse Begel w/ extra jalapeño cream cheese and cheddar cheese and an apple juice. You'll thank me later !

2 rating because they removed most of the tables. We drove across the city to sit down and enjoy breakfast. No tables. Very disappointed. I would give their bagels a 5 rating and the staff very friendly.

Terrible attitude by manager. He rang me out and actually kept saying "It's going to be a good day, it's going to be a good day" and looked completely stressed out! It looked dirty inside and there was an older lady in maybe her late 70's early 80's standing in line who "haucked" loudly that sealed the deal to me that I was NEVER coming back...back to Bruegger's, when I got home, I tried the bacon and scallion bagel dip and it was Terrible. The plain dip was doable but not delicious in any way and lastly, the bagels were still partly frozen..A far cry from the last time I was there maybe 5 years ago.
Only problem: soap ran out in men's
