Dropped by and grabbed a Farmhouse bagel and Carmel Cold Brew. Staff is wonderful here. They were very nice and I got my order quickly. Went inside. Carmel Cold Brew was killer. Perfect. Farmhouse bagel was great. Tasty. Bigger than I expected and a little messy driving. 100% recommend.

I love this place but the hours of operation are already limited. Consistently not opening on time makes things worse. They need better management & more staff. Pulling up after 6am & the place is still completely shut down is an inconvenience to those who travel there for breakfast & coffee on the way to work.

Has to be one of the dirtiest establishments I’ve ever walked into. Floors were sticky and filthy and there was feces all over the bathroom. The place was empty I would think that the employees would be cleaning. Extremely unimpressed

Last time I went there they tried to hand me the POS reader out the window to leave them a tip. Which seems rude to ask for when no service is being given. Tried to go back today to see if they have gotten better. Was told it's cash only in the drive thru but I could park and come in if I wanted to use a card. That makes no sense. So you have a working pos but only if I come inside? Seems like a new way to try and guilt tips out of people for a non tip service. Will not be going back ever.

My bagels were overcooked, they didn’t have what I wanted as a replacement due to the time of day, I guess, the drive up young lady wasn’t very freindly when I brought them back, a young man gave me my money back, we WILL NOT be back, maybe she was having a bad day
Very rude manager. I did not realize that they were closing and of course I would be respectful of that but she told me in such a mean way and then was rude going forward. It was such a poor representation of customer service.

I love the breakfast bagels here! They are so yummy! First time there I got the Sriracha Honey sunrise and it was so good, I went back again ever since. I’ve tried their coffee as well, it is strong and definitely great quality. They do have an app where you can order from and can earn points.

It’s nice having the convenience of a drive through in this part of town but I may be done coming to this location because they always expect you to tip in the drive thru. I always ask for my sandwich to be toasted and it never is and the coffee isn’t great. The female cashier is not particularly pleasant either. If they are asking for tips because they are not receiving a fair wage please change that and stop putting it on consumers to tip in a drive thru for a $5 sandwich.

The food and beverage quality has diminished over the past several years. My last 3 visits have all resulted in disappointing bagel sandwiches and today my wife looked at me, after awaiting a freshly brewed coffee, stating that was the worst coffee she’s had.
