Took about 30 minutes for them to make a single bagel. I would recommend staying at home or going down the street somewhere else if you don’t want to waste your entire day.

Bathrooms are filthy, tables are dirty, floor looks like it hadn’t been swept in days, store is dusty and the ceiling is grody including the light fixtures above where the food is prepared.
I typically go to the Blue Ask location which is always top notch but due their location converting to Einstein I decided to drive out to this location. I honestly was expecting the same experience considering the neighborhood this location is in. However, coupled with filthy restaurant, poor customer service (besides the young lady making the sandwich which was the only one to provide hospitality) and out of half the bagels by 10a including the ones that your recommended sandwiches are made from there is definitely issues with the management team of this location. To be fair, based off some of the other reviews I see below I’m not the only one that see’s an issue with this location.

Went there 2 Sundays in a row and they were out of bagels. For God's sake, bagels is the name of their business. It's on their sign. I guess bagels aren't their thing?

Great breakfast spot before going to work. The bagels are fresh and tasty, and the cashier was really friendly which made the visit even better.

The workers were friendly and I really enjoyed my bagel sandwich, which was bacon, cheese, eggs, and a garlic bagel.

I've been coming to Bruegger's for a couple of years now, and it's one of my favorite bagel shops. I've always received friendly service, even when it's busy, and the lox bagel is one of the best I've found in Cincinnati.

The shops are few but the bagels are good.
I've never had this many consistent issues at a brueggers. Every single time i try to order from here they mess up the order. Either not toasting the bagel or giving the wrong cream cheese or wrong bagel entirely. This time they did not toast the order and put the wrong cream cheese on both bagels. I don't plan on coming back
Service is fast and friendly. Orders filled efficiently and quickly
I have been coming to Bruegger's Bagels since the beginning of time it seems and unfortunately the service and atmosphere doesn't match the tastiness of their Bagels. I am not sure if it is due to switching from the Clifton location to the Hyde Park one, but it truly just isn't the same.
I tried dining in recently and every table that wasn't used was dirty. Additionally, the server messed up our order and instead of remaking it soon after, they made the next three people's items prior to replacing our order. It wasn't even that hard, we just simply asked for no cream cheese. I hate to leave a distasteful review but had to be honest. I'm just not impressed with the service despite being a constant supporter of this bagelry.
