I've been coming to Bruegger's for a couple of years now, and it's one of my favorite bagel shops. I've always received friendly service, even when it's busy, and the lox bagel is one of the best I've found in Cincinnati.

I've never had this many consistent issues at a brueggers. Every single time i try to order from here they mess up the order. Either not toasting the bagel or giving the wrong cream cheese or wrong bagel entirely. This time they did not toast the order and put the wrong cream cheese on both bagels. I don't plan on coming back

I have been coming to Bruegger's Bagels since the beginning of time it seems and unfortunately the service and atmosphere doesn't match the tastiness of their Bagels. I am not sure if it is due to switching from the Clifton location to the Hyde Park one, but it truly just isn't the same. I tried dining in recently and every table that wasn't used was dirty. Additionally, the server messed up our order and instead of remaking it soon after, they made the next three people's items prior to replacing our order. It wasn't even that hard, we just simply asked for no cream cheese. I hate to leave a distasteful review but had to be honest. I'm just not impressed with the service despite being a constant supporter of this bagelry.

Update: I got the automated response from the customer service chatbot. Already tried to resolve the issue when it happened. If they cared about their terrible reviews, they would fix the issues. All of the necessary details are already mentioned in the bad reviews.
Terrible service. Clueless employees who don't keep the store open during its limited business hours. Stopped going 2 years ago after an employee used my reward points instead of giving me the email promotion of a free item. She wouldn't correct the error. No apology. Tried emailing the rewards helpline since there's no phone #, but of course, there was no response.
Went to the store again 1 more time recently. Never again. Since the pandemic, the place has been terrible. Doesn't resemble the friendly neighborhood bagel shop it was for over 25 years.
We loved the Bruegger Bagles but the fact that they told us that our BUNDLE didn’t include cream cheese while we DID exactly bought a BUNDLE WITH CREAM CHEESE was just got me mad. 😡 Pls take a look at screenshots!!

This location has really declined over the years. They are always out of bagels, closed hours early because the manager doesn’t feel well or more like doesn’t want to work anymore for the day or some other bs excuse. Doors will be locked with no note on the door during “open hours.” I’ve seen management correct and talk down to their employees loud enough for customers to hear. SMH. I love the variety and quality of bagels and cream cheese at Bruegger’s Bagels but the bar is in hell when it comes to customer service at Brueggers Bagels. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was at the store at 1:40 to order a sandwich. The guy at the register had absolutely no clue what he was doing. I had to repeat my order at least 5 times. When he was making my sandwich he kept looking at it and the order like he had no idea what he was doing. Highly disappointed that employees are not trained how to make a simple sandwich.

I came in to order an Herby Turkey, the young man at the register is VERY unfriendly. I asked if he knew how long it might be- he said it would not be long. I said can you tell me in minutes, because I can run some place and come back. I asked this because no one was preparing food at the time. He then looked at me and said we will know we just place them on the counter (where they prepare the bagels) I asked how can you guarantee someone will not take my bagel, don’t you need my name? He said I will remember your order. He did not smile and it irritated him just to wait on me. I normally come here and the ladies are wonderful along with the one guy who is tall and I think he wears glasses. However, this guy has dreads or braids and he is short and mean!!
