Great place, great food , great staff. OJ the manager was extremely friendly and prompt. You can tell he takes his job seriously and really cares. Seems like the rest of the staff does as well. Food was also ordered and delivered hot and fresh. Tasted great. 10/10

My family comes here nearly every weekend for breakfast bagels. Staff is quick and friendly. Manager (Marcus) recognizes us and is always super friendly.
It can get fairly busy because everyone comes in all at once, and the food is made on demand - so give yourself a little time. The place gets busy on a Saturday morning with lots of traffic/full tables. This isn’t fast food - it’s good food that takes time.

Was pretty disappointed overall with this place. I was really hoping for it to be better than it was. The breakfast sandwich was like eating one from any fast food place. The bagel with cream cheese was a bit better but the cream cheese tasted grainy? Not sure what that’s about, the flavor of the strawberry cream cheese however was great despite the texture.
This might be the worst run Brueggers out there. Wrong orders, slow service, employees aren’t helpful.

Employees are so wonderful, but the bagels are small, doughy, and often smushed or torn or cut oddly. I bought a dozen bagels on two different occasions and was really disappointed with them both times.

Pretty ridiculous setup with the tipping. Touchscreen doesn't work. Press 4 to enter $0. Nowhere is that indicated and you have to ask the employee. Pathetic. Pay your employees better. It's already almost $15 for a sandwich and coffee. If you can't afford to pay them a living wage, close up shop.
