Better than chipotle
Update - although the food is always good, I enjoy it however, I notice after 5 PM The level of customer service tremendously drops after 5 PM. The atmosphere is like chipotle. Your food is being rushed down the line. I do not appreciate when I get a bowl for example and the line cook automatically signals his hands to rice and chicken. FYI, every black person don’t like white rice and chicken. It’s sort of offensive, especially when you noticed that they don’t do it to other ethnic groups. Secondly, they focus too much on speed and not enough on quality. I get it after 5 PM the crowd can get heavy however it is not OK to push and rush people and skip over ingredients and customers having to repeat themselves because they’re focused on getting the food off the line instead of paying attention I highly do not recommend visiting this location after 5 PM. The workers need to be trained a little bit more on customer service otherwise I could just go back to chipotle if that’s the case.
