Bubbakoo's Burritos

Just might be my new favorite Mexican place! Have had the Crispy Cheesy Birria Dilla, the Buffalo Ranch Crispy Chicken Quesadilla and the Grilled Chicken Chawawa. All were excellent! I will plan to try a different dish each time!

The food was delicious! The place was busy so the service was a bit slow, but overall it's satisfactory!

Our young waiter was very nice and extremely helpful. Food was very good. Highly recommend 👌

Ordered delivery and received our order in great time and everything was hot and correct!

Just recently tried their food and it is hands down way better than chipotle in my opinion. Love them!

Amazing, amazing food. Highly recommend the Chiwawa. This place definitely ranks higher on my list than Chipotle now. Yes they are a bit more expensive, but tastes 10x better!

From walking in to the restaurant all the way to taking it home and eating it was terrible. The younger gentleman that took our order was rude as hell. Taking other people's orders while making ours and getting them mixed up. Wanted to try the new place. Got a burrito, a chiwawa and two drinks. The best part of our meal was the drinks. There large drinks are the same size as mcdonalds small for three dollars plus tax. The food was hot trash. There was zero flavor. 10 out of 10 would never recommend.

Been here twice, and the food is pretty decent and the staff is super friendly. Burritos are priced fair but most quesadillas cost the same as a burrito which seems a bit much for me. That's the only negative I can say.

I've been here several times and always loved the food, and people were friendly. However, my most recent visit was everything but. This last time I went, the lady behind the counter was rude and argumentative. She seemed like she needed to take a course in customer service skills or something.
We went to try the new Birria menu items. The tacos were good. But the salsa.. we started eating the salsa and chips, and everyone at my table was confused as to why the salsa tasted like it had sprite in it. Not only did it taste like Sprite, but it also tasted carbonated. We realized that we could see the salsa was bubbling! Somehow, the salsa was actually carbonated. The workers took the salsa when I mentioned it to them and gave me new from a different batch they said had been made that morning. And quickly took the old batch (that was half gone) and threw it out.
A quick google search revealed that salsa becomes carbonated when it's expiring from yeast, and bacteria is exposed to it, and it starts to ferment. So.. not only did my family eat expired salsa, but so did everyone else they serve that busy afternoon before I said something.

We just picked up our first order from the Eastgate location, it was completely wrong. The burritos was completely inedible, way too spicy with ingredients we didn't request. They didn't give us the wrong bag, they just made everything incorrectly even though the receipts in the bag show the correct items and correct ingredients we requested. They inexplicably gave us an extra order of tacos for some reason even though we told them they weren't part of our order. Never going back, horrible experience and waste of money.
