Took over 45 minutes for my son to get his wings. Asked to sit where the World Series would play so we could watch. Bartender screwed it up then had an attitude about it and refused to correct her error. We ended up getting to-go boxes and leaving. Lots of attitude and disorganization. They weren’t even busy. Will not go there again.

I ordered 15 boneless wings+ fries+ chicken tenders from Grubhub. The restaurant didnt give one single wings but charged the full money!!! how can they be so ridiculous! also fries were so soggy felt like it was fried hours earlier! poorest restaurant in the area

My boyfriend and I went here, he ordered boneless wings and I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. He got his food in 5 minutes and I ended up waiting no less than 20 minutes for my food. I waited so long for my food that the manager on duty comped it for us. The food was good, however, when the waitress took our check and payment, she had evidently kept some of the change because it was short. Absolutely wild... We will not be back to this location.

food was cold, our server barely checked on us, kids running around the restaurant, food came out all at separate times far apart, and no refills on our drinks offered. everyone just seemed confused

Ordered via DoorDash, the cheese curds we received were completely awful, there was maybe a total of 8 and half were burnt and just hollowed out breading. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of being charged $7.79

When we 1st walked in, the game tvs were so loud you could barely hear to talk. After 3 requests to turn it down, they finally obliged. We had to find our own menus, utensils and condiments. After ordering 2 different brands of bottled beer, both were returned due to being skunky and stale. We ordered 3 meals, 2 chicken wraps and one chicken sandwich with pickles. My food came 1st, the wrap so poorly thrown together I had to reconstruct it and reroll it myself just to be edible. By the time I was about finished, my husbands chicken wrap arrived and missing the condiment that he had requested. Waitress walked past several times not noticing a need for refills or to check in. By the time my husband was about finished, after requesting management (which never showed up by the way) our daughters chicken sandwich arrived without the pickle. When requested they never came . The waitress comped the beer and just said the kitchen was backed up. It wasn't even busy and there really was no excuse for such poor customer service.

Ordered online for delivery (because i cant leave my job for lunch currently), ordered 6 BONELESS wings with Honey BBQ, and wedges, got the wedges but I received 6 bone in wings with a spicy sauce that I couldnt eat, called the location and told the lady about it then put me on hold for 18 minutes, hung up, called back and asked to speak to a manager (I didnt use any kind of tone or anything because I just wanted to reorder because I get it mistakes happen) but then I got put on hold again for 12 minutes....honestly blows my mind because if I were to do this to a customer I'd be gone in no time.

This place is horrible I order a kids meal this morning and let me door dasher tell it my milk wasn’t in the bag he told the employee that I also didn’t get my Dr Pepper and there was no sauce on my wings when I was supposed to have parmesan garlic as my sauce I won’t be back because this is ridiculous you have the receipt why can’t you guys follow simple instructions
