This place is horrible I order a kids meal this morning and let me door dasher tell it my milk wasn’t in the bag he told the employee that I also didn’t get my Dr Pepper and there was no sauce on my wings when I was supposed to have parmesan garlic as my sauce I won’t be back because this is ridiculous you have the receipt why can’t you guys follow simple instructions

Worst service ever, that was terrible and if that was any other restaurant these employees would be firedddd. We had to ask other servers for items requested multiple times and my friend got their food 45 minutes before we just left because her food was cold and i had yet to receive mine. When i called to ask for a manager a very rude man picked up and said the manager was busy before he transferred me to my seever instead of the manager

My food was cold not Lukewarm or warm it was cold. The food itself, the food that came it was ok at most but my main issue is that it came cold orders it took 42 minutes to arrive and it came cold do not recommend

Deeply disturbing experience – ignored by customer support despite serious dietary violation.

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered Cauliflower Wings from Buffalo Wild Wings via Uber Eats. To my absolute shock, I found actual pieces of chicken mixed in with the cauliflower as someone who is a strict vegetarian and has never eaten meat in my life, this was incredibly upsetting and offensive.

This isn’t just a mix-up it’s a serious breach of trust, food safety, and dietary integrity. What makes it worse is that I posted about this on X (formerly Twitter) and Buffalo Wild Wings replied publicly saying that customer support would reach out. It’s been over two weeks, and I haven’t heard a word from them.

This complete lack of accountability and follow through is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed, not just by the mistake, but by the way it’s been swept under the rug.

Because this is a serious food safety concern, I am now considering filing a formal complaint with the FDA and other consumer protection agencies. If someone with a severe allergy or religious restriction had experienced this, the consequences could have been far more serious.

I trusted a national chain to respect basic dietary boundaries, and that trust has been broken. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to do much better not just in food handling, but in how it responds to serious customer concerns.

They don’t label your “to go” wings with stickers at this store.
If you order a to go order, you’ll take home a mystery box for your family to figure out what is what.
Imagine taste testing the difference between mild and wild.
Family night ruined.

I will start with saying, looking at the reviews and ratings hubby and I were very skeptical of going to this bdubs. Although we wanted to watch the Pacers play!
We decided to give it a try thinking what worst can happen? We know what shit service we get in Indianapolis. So we were going in with no expectations....
Let me tell you, when we sat down 4 mins later Julia our server shows up. We had decided that will put drinks n food order together just in case if this location takes longer too! So we put in complete order all together.
Entire Food (20wings+fries) came in like 7-9 mins after our drinks that Julia brought to us in like 3-4 mins after placing. Food tasted very fresh not sitting in the kitchen for too long.
I would say please give this location a try. You will be surprised. Dont always read the negative reviews and think that that situation might happen to you.

I randomly stopped in today. The service was excellent. My bartender Melanie was one of the best I've had. I was going to leave after one beer but she engaged me and I didn't want to leave.Keep doing an awesome job.😃

Worst bw3 restaurant in Cincinnati. DO NOT EAT HERE. The manager Durrell is terrible at being accountable and therefore runs a crappy store. The employees do what they want and all have attitudes. This place needs a new look with new people from top to bottom. My coworkers and I were going to eat here but it seems they don’t want our money with the service we received. So we are going to a different location and hopefully get better service there.

Worst service I ever had. The manager Durrell is no good as well. This place need all new staff and good training it’s clear they don’t have any training to leave people standing without ever taking the order. As a manager myself I expected the employee to be trained after a customer makes a complain instead he made excuses for her. Terrible place to get food

A group of us came in at 8:30pm and didn't get our first order of 10 wings for over an hour. Server seemed braindead and the entire restaurant wasn't getting food.

They changed their hour, I placed my order and that got changed to the next morning.
I immediately called and asked for a refund the lady said it would be back in my card 3-5 days. This was on April 3rd today is April 15th and still no refund!
All the website offers is to call the store, but guess what?! The won’t answer phone!!!
