My god i wish I could give this place 0 stars. Went in for a quick lunch before we went shopping. Waiter angie was walking around high- smelled like pure weed and eyes were puffy and red. Didnt listen to us about our service concerns. Had to order online. Took a very long time to get us our food- it was good but took 15 minutes for her to even ask us for drinks.

Order placed at 405, food quoted at 430. Arrive at 430, told to wait. 445 still no food. I can see in the convex mirror everyone literally just standing in the kitchen chatting doing nothing lol. It's now 455 as I write this review from the lobby. Really this is my fault for expecting bdubs to be able to make two wing entrees and an appetizer. Never again.

Service was awful. Our Waiter was high and it took her 10 minutes to get us drinks. Wasn’t listening to us about our food. Took 15 minutes to bring us sauce. Brought us the wrong food twice. Food was good but waiter was awful.

Horrible customer service! I called in to place a to-go order I was told by the bw3 cashier (Emily) that no to go orders can be placed over the phone. I drove to the location (before 1030)and was told I could not place an order in person the kitchen was closed. I then spoke with the manager Kesha who informed me that when they are not busy they close the registers down early. Manager was very nonchalant and not accommodating in anyway.

So so so slow. 50 minutes for food when there are only 4 tables with people in the restaurant? Then a group walks in 20 minutes after we order and gets food before us???? No information or apology for taking so long= not funny back to this location.

They sent plain fries instead of tater tots with cheese and bacon and no veggies or questions sauce I ordered when I called she didn't care at all and said contact uber eats but the restaurant messed up order not uber

We met some friends on 11/10 for a quick dinner. The restaurant was nearly empty. After waiting about 10 minutes, our server finally came to take our drink order. Those took another 10 minutes to come out, and she didn't take our food order when dropping them off. When she came back (another 10 minutes), we placed our order.The food took longer than expected, but finally came out after 30 minutes or so. Except only 3 of our 4 order were right - mine was a completely different dish. The server who dropped them off ran to check, then told us that she hadn't rung in my order. My food didn't come out until everyone was finished eating. We also sat with empty drinks for 15 minutes before our server asked if we wanted refills.Our bill came, and she hadn't comped anything. I figured we'd at least have my wings comped as I wasn't able to dine with the rest of our party, but no.I understand Covid has made it hard to retain staff and service is not what it used to be, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. We won't be back, and we definitely won't be placing to-go orders anymore.

My partner and myself dined in on 10/14. We attempted to order our food by scanning the QR code on the table. When I first submitted the order on my phone, the website took me to a screen that said there was an issue/trouble loading. We figured the order didn’t go through, so my partner tried submitting our order on his phone. The website took him to the same screen that mine did. We figured our order never went through, and we weren’t able to flag down an available server to check on it. After some time, our food surprisingly came out. We told the server what had happened, and she explained that only one ticket had printed for our food, so we figured we’d only be charged once. WRONG. Both of our cards ended up being charged after we had left the restaurant. I called the location and spoke with a manager, and was told that my card would be refunded by Tuesday. It is now Wednesday, and I was not refunded; however, the charge was still taken out of my bank account.The food was good but definitely not worth getting double charged for. Bdubs has really gone downhill over the years… they are always so short-staffed, the service sucks, and now there are technical issues. I always have problems coming here…. I’m never coming back and I plan on letting other people know to avoid this place as well.

Only customers in the place except a few people at the bar, took 40 mins for out food. I ordered bbq bacon burger which was over cooked and missing 3 items on it. Server only took our order and never came back to ask us if we needed anything. My husband ordered hot wings and his mouth was on fire, it took about 15 mins for our sitting server to finally look over at us. I finally had the chance to tell her my burger was terrible and not mad properly she didn’t apologize or offer me anything, all she did was say “I’ll take it off the check”. The server and cook was trash. If I could rate the server it would be a zero

Can’t rate food - because we never got any. We love BW3 food. This location is one step below awful. 4 groups walked out as we waited, saying no service. Like nobody worked there, at 3pm on a Saturday. They should really just close if they have no staff. Awful, go to Harpers, Tylersville - both are great. This location really puts BW3 name to shame.

CFB Saturday at 1215p and the place was a 1/3 full. Line of ppl waited to be seated for 10 min while servers walked by ignoring. If I owned this franchise I’d fire the manager yesterday.

honestly, the food is great. but i walked in at 10:38 pm and was told that there would not be any more orders. this was very frustrating for me. if your restaurant closes at 11, why are you allowing people to come through the door at 10:38? regardless some guy came up to me and told me they woukd not be taking anymore orders and this was well before 11pm. i ended up just walking to the bathroom and giving the young lady who let me go to the bathroom my tip. she was very nice and i cannot remember
