Restaurant is very dusty and dirty employees come out to the front counter and play around instead of cooking in the kitchen.

Sat for 15 minutes without a single waiter or waitress even approaching us (although they would walk past and glance at us). During this same time I witnessed other tables that got there after us ordering alcohol drinks, having them served, and then ordering their food. We ended up having to walk out.

The host at the door did not say a word to me as I entered. I said "just one," because I was dining by myself. Without saying anything, he grabbed a menu and led me to a table. I'd have preferred to sit on the bar side of the restaurant, but was not offered that option.I waited 7-10 minutes before getting up and leaving. In the meantime, I couldn't help but notice how worn down the carpet and fixtures are and all of the messy tables that had been left all over the restaurant.

No wonder this place is going out of business. All young kids all on their cell phones in the restaurant, which explains why they screw up the simpliest orders. If you cannot make a correct 3 meal order you are really failing in society. Train your employees to read the orders not their text messages. Safe to say this is not the first time they did this. 8/10 they screw up your order. Avoid the restaurant and save your money

I was warnedby a friend to not go to this location, and I did not listen! They just gave us the wrong order and I do not have the option to drive back to the restaurant for my correct order and the manager just told me that a credit was not an option or a refund. She said the store has signs that explain they are not responsible for the accuracy of any orders, and it was my responsibility to open all of my containers and check that everything was correct. So now I am stuck with food that I never wanted and didn’t pay for and have to deal with the inconvenience of planning and paying for dinner from somewhere else because the management team is complacent with poor customer service. They suck so bad. They don’t deserve our dollars.

We really enjoy the new bourbon barbecue. This location's pretty good it's a little weird feeling vibe in there but I think that's just the people that hang around.. but the food was good and it was ready when it was supposed to be and it was ready when it was supposed to

I ordered a Cob Salad. What I received was a container that looked like the leftovers from someone else's meal. It was so disgusting that it went straight into the garbage. There was nothing about this mess that could be called a Cobb salad, it contained limp lettuce, a halved hard boiled egg, rubberized diced bacon, two slices of unriped tomato, and to beat all...shredded chicken. No cheese, no olives, no diced tomato, and no edible chicken. And to top it off they charge $12.49...never again.

Consistently the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. The west side is unfortunate to have this store serving the area. I ordered an extra side of fries in addition to the order of fries with my chicken tenders but did not receive them. Not only is delivery service bad, in store is even worse because of the attitudes of the staff. Those working the register/carryout are the worst. I hope the manager knows that your staff is a reflection of you. It does not reflect well about your leadership. Having a bit of expectation for better attitudes around that place wouldn't hurt. Here's to hoping one day this place cleans house.

Waited 5 minutes at the kiosk to be seated while 4 employees stood at the counter watching us. The entire restaurant was empty at 5pm on a saturday night and the area they tried seating us at looked like it hadnt been cleaned since the night before. You cant even say they were short staffed employees were standing in every corner just looking at there phones.

Parking: Parking lot is full of trash with employees smoking weed near the entrance.
