All the boneless wings are overdone on the outside but ice cold on the inside. It took over an hour for my husband to get our order. The manager said she would give my husband a $25 gift card but she never did. Very disappointed

Service was great. The chicken was either overcooked or recooked. I tore it into little pieces trying to salvage some chicken. They were busy because it was during the Game. The potato wedges were perfect but considering you’re known for chicken was kinda disappointing.

Ladie was great that took are order but the chicken was so crunchy, we had to send it back and then when we got our new one, there was a few pieces that was good.But the rest was still really crunchy.And you couldn't eat it i got the honey garlic boneless wings

Came in with about 3 other girls after a football game. We had a good time and just did the usual things teenagers do, order food, talk, laugh, get the bill. Once we got our bill, she asks to take it in front of us and we all have cash and separate checks and ask for money back (mind u my two friends just tipped 20-25%), she scoffs and says “wow thats crazy” then proceeds to throw/slam the cash back on the table. They handed her a 20 on a 10$ bill so obviously they’re gonna ask for cash back? Does she expect 100%? The suggested tip goes up to 2.20 on the bill. Then proceeds to ask us if we’re in high school and we say yes and she says “thats why”. My friend then has a 20 with a $15 bill and she looks over when it’s her turn to pay and before my friend can even say anything she says “how much cash do you want back, 19?”, even though she was planning on giving her a 33% tip and STILL did after everything. It was very obvious that she purposely asked us if she could just take our bill in front of us just to say that to our face. I ended up taking out my tip and only keeping a couple cents in there as the tip since that service is unacceptable, i’ve worked in waitressing before and I have never once talked to a customer like that. Our waitress name was Isabelle and she had black hair taking our table near pickup at 9:33.

Didn't mean to start my pickup order here, but somehow clicked them instead of Wings n Rings. Won't make that mistake again. Wasn't terrible, but subpar food & service.
Pickup order wasn't ready (until 10m after estimated time) so sat close to the takeout counter. They didn't say anything once the order was ready even though I was sitting right there. Nbd just annoying since it sat there a couple extra minutes while I assumed it must have been someone else's order bc obviously they'd say something, right? Nope. Not busy either.
Out of 20 wings we got 3 flats and they were very well done. I get that ppl order all flats, but dang. The blue cheese dressing is pretty thin, especially compared to the other place where you can hold it upside down like a DQ blizzard.
Still got what I ordered and it wasn't awful, just much better elsewhere.

If you want consistency with your food this is the place. I get tired of going to Wing places and one time you get crispy wings and the next time you get soggy wings. Buffalo wild wings and burgers are consistently good, and so is the service. I do wish they had better blue cheese though. That actually kept me from going here for years but it's pretty much my go-to place now because it's close to home, good food, and good service.

Great food, bartender Jeff was super attentive. He did have to ring me up on a tablet, then go to the computer to print out my ticket every time. It seemed pretty repetitive and unnecessary.
