Waited to be seated for 15 minutes had more dirty tables needing cleaned than there was occupied. Waiter didn’t want to clean table. Took another ten for them to clean 1 of the tables. Did the deal 16.99 waiter didn’t know how to ring it up so the charge was not correct then said oh it should fix itself in a couple days the appetizer came out after we ate our entree horrible customer service and horrible cleanliness.

Picked up takeout and was given the wrong order..I order boneless wings and was given traditional, and needless to say they weren't even the right flavor..pretzels were cold and hard..I love this place and to be honest this is the first mess up I've had from here we always get takeout...disappointed!

By far worst BWs in there company. Rude and act like we are a bother to eat there! Have trued on 3 occasions to order on line and get screwed Everytime! So take your on line deal and stick where the sun don't shine. Sounds like a great deal only if you could get it! Manager I think graduated elementary!

There is no value at this place. 15 wings and maybe a total of 6 ounces of overcooked meat. Trash everywhere, the table to my left was used as a trash pile that kept accumulating more soiled dishes, the table to my right was never cleaned off the entire time we dined there. $50 for my 6 year old and myself to eat and we both left still hungry. What a waste of time and money. Order: Pretzel bites 6 bone in wings 15 bone in wings 1 Dr Pepper 1 unsweet iced tea

Waiting 20 mins while the waitress just looked at us. Final given a table that was not clean had food left overs on it . Ended up moving tables. Clean your tables and your staffs attitude.

Party of 7 last night (7:45pm Oct 21) to celebrate a birthday. Nobody greeted us. We stood for well over 5 minutes before someone noticed we were there. Then had to wait for a server to clean a table. Then had to get the server back to dry off the bench which was covered in water. Server disappeared again. Menus were just tossed on table in a messy pile. And the wait continued. Several minutes go by she comes up and takes drink and appetizer order. Both of those come back fairly soon and she took our order. Server stood at the end of the long table, would not move around to engage with each of us get order. People at opposite end had to repeat their order and basically yell them. The facility was empty. A dozen at the bar. Only a couple tables. Our food got lost . Then eventually when it did come out, it came in 4 trips. Server has no idea who ordered what. Basically auctioned off the food with " Who got this"! There were Several minutes between each trip. The 2nd to last order out arrived after 5 others had finished their food. The last order out, a chicken wrap was made incorrectly and had to be made again and still came out incorrectly. Boneless wings are mostly breading. Regular wings are super small. Black bean burger so over cooked inedible. Chicken sandwich cold. Cheese was still cold on top of it. It was obvious that nobody in the facility cared about anything! I would give a zero star if I could.

I tried to place an online order at 1045pm. Kept having issues with the website so I just called to place the order at about 1055 or 1100pm. After sitting on the line for 10 minutes it said no one is available to take your call. So I drove to the location and walked in the door at 1128pm to be told the kitchen closes at 1130. Nevermind I tried to order online and call first. Also when I walked in the manager and an employee were standing at the togo area. I manage restaurants and I'm sure the employees and manager didn't answer because they didn't want togo orders at 1100pm. Also I understand not taking togo orders 30 minutes before close over the phone because patrons may not make it in before the door gets locked, but I was standing in the restaurant either right before 1130 or on the dot at 1130 and I'm quite sure that the policy of corporate is to serve food until the door is locked. Also if the kitchen does close at 1130 there is nothing on the web site or Google or even posted at the restaurant that says that. And if this is the policy to close the kitchen a half hour early there should be information that states that. But in the 16 years I've been managing restaurants not a single one of those companies has allowed me to turn away guests that are in the building 30 minutes before close. And when I tried to discuss this with the manager I mentioned the online ordering issues and the phone call not being answered her tone and attitude was basically tough luck.
