our server definitely needed some retraining... food came at odd intervals and my sister's salad came after we where all done eating and with the wrong dressing. my app came without the included dipping sauces. at the end of our meal the server came up and started gathering up all our leftover food without a word but I was able to stop him before he got his hands in all our food and ask for a few boxes. we also didn't get the traditional celery and blue cheese with our wings, did they stop doing that. also the blue cheese dressing I did request was not the same and not very good. just disappointed all around unfortunately. the manager did stop by at rhe end of our meal and was helpful with getting us replacement sauce for what the server had thrown away when he gathered up some of our leftovers without asking.. I do want to say that the server and manager both had great attitudes and where friendly.. proper training and coaching would go a long way here

Tons of dirty tables when we walked in even with 3-4 servers. Ended up sitting at a table that still needed to be wiped off and cleaned it ourselves after waiting almost 10 minutes for a clean table. No menus at the table, no QR codes, and no server walked up after another 10 minutes of nothing. Watched each server walk back into the kitchen to chat with their friends after they brought their food out instead of checking on tables

Reading most of the reviews, I agree with the ratings. Ronald is the only one who deserves 5 stars. He was attentive, and he did the best he could with the circumstances that were going on at this location. NFL draft, so there were so many orders for take outs that the kitchen was so behind, so they were not taking any walk-ins until 9 we were came in at 8:15, no one greeted me to even be seated, I had to grab a servers attention and that's what he told me. We stayed regardless because we are not familiar with this area. Order was taken a little after 9 and to get room temperature Azian zing wings and honey bbq cauliflower. Tables were not cleaned off, and in the women's bathroom, you needed a hazmat suit because it was so disgusting. 1 out of 4 stalls worked toilet paper on the floor and no paper towels. I am visiting this area but i will not be back, even if I came back to visit again.🤢
All you can eat wings and fries was Great!! I had the Buffalo blue wings. They were so good!!

Buffalo wild wings has been on the decline for years, but this is my last time going. Food was cold and dry. I could’ve made better wings myself. service was mediocre. And despite that I still tip.🤷♂️ I sat in the bar area wearing a a chest bag in military hat. 7 PM. On a Tuesday. Female waiter. It was all bad.

The server had 2 tables and was slow for refills and getting orders. The restaurant is self sitting. Tv's plenty of sports to watch. Atmosphere low key, not excited about any of sports. The temperature of the food is hot and fresh. Great deals for food if in the rewards program.

I went here at 10 pm and it closed at 12. Saw about 6 workers, but yet only 1 person was taking orders and I am not blaming my waitress because she seemed like the only person working. I got a beer and had to get it myself from the bar. Then waited 45 minutes and no one else took my food order. Had to ask for my check then I was asked if I wanted food. Not a good experience at all, unless you only want drinks.

Food was warm and tasted like it was an older order. Service wasn’t bad but wished the waitress would spend more time working the tables than sitting at bar talking to bartenders. Atmosphere wasn’t good at all. I don’t care who’s in charge but when someone tells a mgr that they’re sick of hearing racist words and cussing I’d expect them to say something and not just go back to their office and hide.
