Sat at the bar on my birthday, i was the only person at the bar and i told the bartender it was my birthday. I placed my food order and got a beer and the bartender didnt talk to me until i was ready to check out. So crappy service and on top of that you dont ever get a free dessert for your birthday unless you spend more than $15. Geez just overall crappy service on BWWs part.

Ordered a pickup girl on phone extremely rude had order wrong when I corrected she said yeah ok whatever. Wife picked up said this is wrong she walked in back and basically came out with same wrong order. I called to get it right I was cursed out and hung up on. Why would you hire these sub par employees? Will not spend another dime there DO NOT GO THERE.

Reatroom men's and ladies really dirty. Every table needed to be cleaned off. Waitress was missing in action most of the time. Food was just okay( not great). I will not be going .

Went for lunch today. Granite it was during a Bengals game so it was a little crazy. I hate that they don’t seat you though when it’s this busy. No one noticed we had sat down at first. Then, a family was hanging around our table waiting for another table by us to leave and asking them if they were leaving soon. It’s obnoxious and intrusive. Our waitress was nice and doing her best. Our food still came out pretty quick and was good. Refills took a minute.
